Dear Sir,
With due respect, I beg most respectfully to state that I am Mohammad Ullah and student of
BBA program in IUBAT. I have submitted my proposal as partial fulfillment of the course
ART 203, the topic of The Recruitment System of IUBAT It was excellent opportunity
for me to work on this topic to actualize my theoretical Knowledge in the practical area.To
make this Report up to the standard I have tried my best to fulfill the requirements, by
implementing the knowledge I have collected for this proposal.
Introduction
IUBAT - International University of Business Agriculture and Technology is the first non
government university established in Bangladesh. The initial planning began in 1989 and the
university was established in 1991. Degree programs started in 1992 with agreement with
Assumption University of Bangkok, Thailand. IUBAT strongly lobbied for the creation of
non government universities and supported the initiative of the Government of Bangladesh in
passing legislation for formal establishment of non government universities in the country.
IUBAT now operates as a government approved university under the Non Government
University Act of 1992.Prof. Dr. M. AlimullahMiyan is the Founder of IUBAT and
recognized by the Government of Bangladesh.
Background and goals
The tremendous need for developing human resources of the society to bring in socioeconomic transformation through the agro-economic-industrial development process
constituted the background for establishing IUBAT- International University of Business
Agriculture and Technology. The less than satisfactory condition of existing universities and
the wide gap between demand and supply (in quantity, quality and variety) provided
additional basis to think of making an investment in human resources development through
which fundamental economic and social problems of the society can be tackled by the people
on a self-reliant basis. This thought process was accelerated in March, 1989 during a 3 week
visit to Kansas State University by Dr. M. Alimullah Miyan, where research and consultation
led to development of a paper incorporating the idea and also that of a cooperative agreement.
A formal representation was made to the Ministry of Education, Government of Bangladesh
in June, 1989 on the establishment of the university. The projectgoals areHR department
manage how to select the faculty & studentsof IUBAT.

Proposal Plan
This project which is entitled asRecruitmentSystem of IUBAT is talking about the
recruitment of the students or Faculty. In the process of conducting this project I would like
to express my gratitude and respect to some respectable person for their enormous help and
giant support. The main purpose of this project is to qualified students orexperienced
employee in the IUBAT.

Survey
I have got from this research of data which provide the primary and secondary sources. I have
developed the open-ended questionnaire students for IUBAT University.

Analysis
Actually IUBAT University how to needs they have manage & selects of the students &
faculty & how to motivate recruitment system of IUBAT.

Report
We will submit a final report how to implementation.

The Staffing
Actually we need the HR department of our University. Because of HR department manage
how to select the faculty & students. Actually there is no HR department specific in our
University, But our DA madam manage the HR department tasks. According to the
recruitment we can helps fromDA madam. She said that recruitment & selection helps to
choose the project students or faculty in our University.
