Admin / Registrar / Accountant /Clerk /HOI

The admin module is further managed by the Admin of the institute, Accountant and Registrar.

The Admin is responsible for the setup and maintenance of the institute. The Registrar can look after
the registration of students or candidates, managing holds, report generations and managing
students. The Accountant has tools to look after the fees payments, fines, holds, refunds, ID cards,
bank verifications etc. The registration phase helps in maintaining personal details of the candidate
and printing the applications for enrollment. The accounting module deals with the payments,
receipt generations for academic fees, transport fees, hostel fees and document collection.
Tools are also provided for monthly report generations, fees report generation which may be for a
particular candidate, year, course, institution, organization or summary. In addition to this, posting
fines and managing holds serve as an addition to this powerful tool.

Faculty Teaching & non Teaching

The faculty mode helps to manage the students based on their overall performances including

grades, attendance, term works, tests etc. Faculty includes teaching and non teaching staff. Facilities
have been provided to conduct online tests and online lectures. The faculty can post and view
announcements related to respective subjects to all or selected students. Tools have also been
provided to upload assignments, lecture notes, syllabus, previous question papers etc. Forums can
be started for any particular topic and maintained by the staff and accessed by the students.

The Students module forms the base of E-Campus. The assignments, question papers, lecture
