The overall objective of the RBS PeopleSoft is to upgrade from 8.8 to 9.1 and to develop online objects,
Interfaces, Reports, Test execution and Defect Management for People Soft Core HR modules and to
implement TAM.
Responsibilities:
Worked as Lead Techno Functional Consultant for a team of 12 resources.
Effectively conducted workshops and training with client team.
To ensure quality of the deliverables was maintained by enforcing peer review and getting the sign off on
scenarios.
Development/Design of SQRs, Application Engines and Component Interfaces from scratch to meet the
required specifications.
Involved in creation and maintenance of Roles and Permission list for all PeopleSoft account users in the HR.

Credit Suisse has integrated HR department that features two main information systems, the system was
implemented by IBM team under project name OneHRIS. Production support of the OneHRIS system was
being handled by the client himself. TRPM project was aimed at guiding the client team to streamline the
process of resolving tickets by providing the root cause analysis and by providing support to clear the backlog
of the tickets.
Responsibilities:
Attended workshop with client to come up with problem management approach for the defects.
Worked as SME for clearing the backlog of the defects.
Reviewed Technical Design Document for various production support bugs and enhancement bugs.
Analyzed nature of defects and provided root cause analysis to the client team.
