INTODUCTION:
Part of Tech Stations services is the IT management service, IT management service is the monitoring,
managing, controlling of the whole IT environment through a specific software and hardware as well. IT
command centers, SOC (Security Operation Center), NOC (Network Operation Center) is coming under
this specialization. Tech Stations proud to be the distributor for SolarWinds (www.solarwinds.com) in
Saudi Arabia, and this software considered as one of top IT management solutions in the today market,
and we have done more than 30 projects in KSA.
SUMMARY:
This position is covering the Tech Stations critical clients, as a IT management Senior Engineer, you will
participate in the technical parts of IT management projects, delivering the services to Tech Stations
clients as a Tech Stations member. The job responsibilities will vary based on the project scope and
deliverables but will range from identifying IT management technical and theoretical parts, until
applying all the details of the theory business, and implementing all the technical software and
hardware.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position serves as the subject matter and is responsible for all aspects of IT
management for the enterprise networks and environments.
Focus on solution deployment and implementation for assigned customer base with
specific emphasis on the organizations Enterprise Solutions global managed services
and communications solutions portfolio.
Respond on the technical architecture from the senior engineer and the company
approach.
Participating technically (in the field of IT management) for any new engagement with
new clients and new deals, supporting the sales team.
Partner with other company Enterprise Solutions subject matter experts to build the
customer solution.

Develop and deliver technical presentations with customers and tailor content to
audience as appropriate.
Provide the Consultancy services (analyze, study, design etc) in the field of IT
management for our clients.
Author and deliver network designs, statements of work (SOWs) and technical project
plans incorporating service and program management activities.
Understand pricing structures and associated elements including Service Level
Agreements (SLAs)
Understand the competitive landscape and have the ability to clearly articulate the
technical differentiation and value proposition associated with the organizations
Enterprise Solutions versus its competitors.
Technical supervision for technicians and engineers in the field.
Provide reports and documentations for the projects.
Participate in system admin duties & Routing/Switching tasks as part of implementing
UCC project.
Qualifications:
General qualifications & skills:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Networking or

related field (or equivalent).
5+ years of IT experience in multiple aspects (servers, storage, networking, security).
Fluent in English and Arabic.
Skilled in time, priority and task management
Professional presentation and communications skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to convey a professional image and deal confidently with technical problems.
Strong research skills, excellent interpersonal skills in working with others.
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to read, write and
understand documentation and procedures pertaining to the operation of networks,
servers, and applications.

Technical qualifications & skills:
Proven experience in IT management with one or multiple solutions (such as: HP-IMC,
Manage Engine, Cisco Works, Cisco Prime Infrastructure, AC and/or SolarWinds).
Experience in: SNMP, MiB, Cisco Netflow, OID, Network Monitoring Tools, Principles,
and Practices.
Proffered experience in Configuration Management tools and Performance
Management tools.
Must have in depth knowledge of Data Network principles and topology
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or
diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Administrative experience of Windows platforms, MS SQL, AIX, Linux, OS/400, and Cisco
IOS.
Strong TCP/IP and SNMP skills are required.
Protocol Analysis, network performance analysis, network capacity planning, and
network troubleshooting a plus.
Ability to generate meaningful reports from various data sources.
Demonstrate working knowledge of scripting languages including Power Shell, UNIX
shell, Perl, and VB script.
Knowledge of and ability to troubleshooting switches and routers.
Basic knowledge about using the VM environments (Microsoft & VMware).
Understanding of routing, and transport protocols.
Strong background in the area of Microsoft infrastructure, Microsoft Active Directory,
DNS, DHCP.
Certifications & training attendance in most of the above technologies & products.
