    DISTRICT OF COLUMBIAS STIPULATION OF DISMISSAL OF
    CLAIMS AGAINST DEFENDANT J.C. HAYWARD
    Plaintiff, the District of Columbia, by its Attorney General, pursuant to SCR-Civil R.
    41(a)(1)(ii) and the terms of a settlement agreement, hereby dismisses its claims against
    Defendant J.C. Hayward in this case with prejudice. The Districts claims against all other
    Defendants remain pending.
    Prior to the filing of this Stipulation of Dismissal, counsel for Defendant J.C. Hayward
    received permission to sign this dismissal on behalf of the following Defendants from their
    counsel: Defendants Paul Dalton, Donna Montgomery, David Cranford and Jeremy Williams.
    Counsel for the District obtained the same permission from counsel for the Receiver for
    Defendants EEMC and EES and Intervenor the United States of America.
