General:
Pneumatic pressure is the pressure exerted by a pressurized gas.
Compressed air is commonly used for this purpose.
What is pneumatic pressure grease pump? Grease pumps are designed
for transferring grease from drum to where it would be used.

Objective:
The objective in this report is used to investigate and resolving the
malfunctioning pneumatic pressure grease pump.

Found:
1. Remove each part of grease pump to investigate the inner problem.
2. The inner part of grease pump contains a lots of unserviceable grease
and the grease stick on surrounding of tube and pump this might due
to lake of maintenance service.
3. The connection tube (No. 13 in diagram 1.0) have minor rusting. Refer
to Appendix
4. The Piston shell (No. 14 in diagram 1.0) have minor rusting. Refer to
Appendix
5. Some O-ring broken.
Solution:
1. The unusable grease in inner part of the pump is cleaned by 601
Valve Cleaner solution. Refer to Diagram 2.0
2. Wash each part of the pump with the cleaner solution again and dry it
with cotton rag.
3. For the rusting tube, grinder is used to grind over the rusting area.
4. Replace the broken O-ring with new one.
5. Last, assemble all part together and prepare for further testing.
