of processes, products and services, the organisation shall take into consideration:

b) the perceived effectiveness of the controls applied by the external provider.
The organization shall establish and implement verification or other activities necessary
to ensure the externally provided processes, products and services do not adversely

provider remain within the scope of the organizations quality management system;

8.3 Emergency preparedness and response
The organization shall implement and maintain a procedure specifying how it will
respond to potential environmental emergency situations and potential accidents.
The organization shall:
