MISSION
The foundation will embark on a noble quest for excellence in the field of quality education.
Through curriculum, faculty and human resources development programs, a level playing field
for acquiring knowledge, skills and values that is par with, if not superior to, that of other schools
in the province and neighboring areas in the region.
By building up physical and financial resources, we will provide better and more complete
facilities for the benefits of the pupils, students, faculty and the entire personnel of the
foundation.
We will achieve within imperatives of a wholesome environment and the complex needs of man
and society.

Message
No matter how clich it could get, graduation is not the end of everything, rather a
beginning to start anew.
You dont graduate because you believe it is the end and you have to give up. You embark
on your graduation because you allow yourselves to be one with your dreams.
You graduate because you are open to endless possibilities. You graduate because it is
only in the end that you begin again.
To this years graduates, Batch 2016, Congratulations because you are all a step closer to
finally achieving your dreams for you and your family.
You are a living proof that with persistence and strong determination amidst obstacles and
challenges, if one is willing to take the risk, then you are going to reap the reward; and reward it
is!. There is nothing like offering your parents the fruit of your labor. And there is nothing like
seeing happiness glowing from the faces of those near and dear to you.
This is the moment that you should be proud of what you accomplished. We all hope that
as you grow older, you find it in your hearts not to forget where you came from because to your
Alma Mater and beloved instructors, there is nothing more satisfying in their lives than to see
you all successful in the future.
Congratulations and God Bless everyone!
PENELOPE B. BAGOBE
President/Dean College of Education
Message
Today is an achievement day for the academic struggle for four years in tertiary education which will be
your preparation in facing the challenges that lies ahead. May the knowledge, skills and positive values you
have acquired from this institution direct and guide you for a productive, progressive and bright future.
This years graduation theme which is featured on The Graduates Moving towards Advanced and
Innovative Educational Communities serves as a driving force to shape your way of life that you may not be
influenced by the indecent system of society rather be an asset to your community. I hope your generation will
effect change and endure the difficulties to be the pillar of nation building.
Graduates, as you continue your journey, always remember our Almighty God, our creator cause without
Him, we are nothing. Be thankful to your parents because they are the instrument of your existence, to your
mentors for imparting to you the insights and wisdom that help you overcome the trials with your perseverance
and Gods blessing together with all the people behind your success today.
Congratulations!
Message
Dear Graduates:
Your Graduation Day is a day of fulfillment. It is the realization of your long cherished dream, that is
your goal, your chosen career. In retrospect, this is the proper time for you to evaluate, reassess your
capabilities, your fitness for the responsibilities you have to surmount, with all the assurances that you will
emerge triumphant.
Your graduation from your respective chosen field of endeavor is a confirmation of the fact that you are
more than prepared for the task you are in, and are worthy of the expectations of your hard working parents,
dedicated teachers and mentors and above all, of your undying FAITH in the ALMIGHTY GOD. As I
congratulate you and your proud parents, I hope and pray more that in the coming days you will return to your
ALMA MATER, the LSJFI, to bring her more honor and laurels as loyal sons and daughter of her Family of
Intellectuals.
Again, CONGRATULATIONS to you.
Message
Todays graduates are coming into a bold new world where borders are being blurred, and rules rewritten.
As the country moves in to cope with ASEAN integration, it needs to put up the infrastructure that would allow
Filipinos to seamlessly mold with the rest of SE Asian nations.
Part of this innovation is the K-12 Program which will finally address handicaps in the educational qualification
of Filipino graduates.
As a challenge and an opportunity, todays graduates will find out that the job market is riper this year than ever
was so long as your resume is packed with the requisite training.
Your stint at Liceo could be useful in this arena.
Graduates, go forth and make us proud!
Message
Warm greetings my dear graduates and beloved parents.
Your parents/guardians have given you now the wings to fly as they have zealously
dedicated their lives to the cause of your education; your school has given you the air within
which to soar to high heavens and your community, the roots within which to return to.
All these cannot be done without you, our graduates, focusing on everything, from the
initial minute preparations up to the present. Each productive step is an important component in
providing you the full gear towards your journey from where you were at the beginning to where
you have not been.
It is therefore fitting to celebrate and congratulate our graduates and their
parents/guardians today. You have built another milestone in our school and in the lives of our
community.
I am indeed proud being a part of the journey of these young people. It is said that there
is no elevator to success as we have to take each and every step in a ladder towards it. Success,
indeed, is a product of unremitting attention to purpose. While you are on the way up there, still
you have to surmount further obstacles, be determined and further dream of your 'raisson d
'etre'.
'Sean tus mas grandes que tus sueos, que tus miedos'(may your dreams be bigger than
your fears).
Again my congratulations.
Message
Graduation entails fond memories of struggle to attain an ambition. It is a time to celebrate your achievements as
a student. It is an opportunity for you to enjoy the fruit of your perseverance in completing your studies.
However, your graduation is not an end of your struggle, beyond is uncertain destiny. Ahead of you, you will have
many more challenges, new responsibilities and so many opportunities. Same as in blacksmith, they strike the iron while
hot to make knives, bolos, swords, etc. Blacksmith make an innovative way to form different designs and products. It is
what you do with these new opportunities that will determine the person you will become. Always be true to yourselves
and everyday be the best person you can be.
Now as you leave the portals of your Alma Mater to wage fate against odds which cannot be avoided, never forget
to assess your decisions thoroughly well, because your first action shall determine lifetime in the community.
Thus, when success is attained, my only request is please remember to attribute part of it to your Alma Mater,
Liceo de San Jacinto Foundation Inc., whose concern and preoccupation have been your well-rounded development into
efficient and useful citizen when you work on your respective careers, think not of the personal material gain but welfare
of the great majority.
`To the graduates, I wish you all a life filled with success, good health and happiness.
Good luck and congratulations to all!
Message
I am privileged to celebrate with you todays commencement exercises which mark the culmination of
years of hard work and study, planning, preparation, and investment in time and resources. This day is truly a
significant milestone for every graduate.
To our dear graduates, remember that you newly harnessed values, knowledge and skills shall form the
building blocks of our society. The choices you make, the relationships you cultivate, and the attitudes you
bring to school and work, these erect the pillars and walls of our rising nation. How beautiful and strong you
desire this building will be depends on you.
To our rightfully proud parents, LSJFI Administrators, faculty and staff, your own gifts of support, the
love, and care made possible for us to hope for a better future.
God has been with us all the while, He has always resided in us, and what we need is the knowledge and
awareness to feel Him in our being.
Congratulations on your achievement! Celebrate it, cherish it, and let it inspire you to make your own
contribution to the development of our nation.
MABUHAY KAYONG LAHAT!

Incorporated, do hereby solemnly swear upon our sacred
word and honor that we shall always endeavor to be
morally upright in all our dealings with our fellowmen and
maintain the good name and exemplary idealism for
which the school stands.
We shall strive to the utmost of our capability to give

pleases him most.
So help us God.
