Good evening, my name is Luz Damaris Rojas Ladino, I am twenty years old, I
am a student commercial engineering and at present I study the third year.
I am a very happy person, I like sharing with my friends and my family. I have
always thought that the study is not an obligation but on the contrary, it is an
opportunity. An opportunity to advance, to obtain more knowledge that allow me
to improve my life and the environment that surrounds me. It is because of it,
that one day takes the decision to obtain a professional title as commercial
engineer; and although studying is not an easy task, I have the certainty of
which it is something very gratifying and everything what he learns me goes to
accompany the rest of your life and It will help myself to improve every day.
Study primary school on August 30 in the neighborhood where I live is Galicia
and secondary study it in the school AQUILINO BEDOYA is located opposite
the airport there I had good orientation to identify what career I wanted to study
when I graduate , since the school has a system of modalities which means that
we teach arts, entrepreneurship and accounting during high school; and
because although I have always liked the part of dances , arts and musical
instrument made the decision to focus on the part of business management .
Thanks to this I had a secure fit to enter the SENA after graduating from high
school. SENA investigating a technician and then purchasing and supply
logistics management technology, which I could get my current job as assistant
Gino Passcalli private endowments. After being working for six months I
realized I wanted to continue studying to reach a professional level.
And thanks to God and in my family that always supports me, here I am in this
university studying a career that undoubtedly excites me, that demonstrates to
me that it is worth while straining and fighting and only one minute not to give
up, I like the commercial engineering because it will allow me to get out of debt
in many fields like the economy, the administration, the finance, the countable,
juridical and commercial sciences; and additional to this it will help me to Be
professional qualified to face the changes in a society who evolves
permanently; I will be inaptitude to see the company in global form framed in
contexts: economic, social, environmental and political and I will be able to
direct, plan, advise and evaluate projects related to the development of the
object of the career.
On having referred a little to my career, a topic exists in particular of this one
that I like very much, it is the managerial marketing.
The managerial marketing seems very interesting to me because it directs the
company to the client; the company lives and lasts while the client allows it. The
essential function of the managerial marketing is the orientation of the company
towards the market that consumes its products or services, changing if the
organization is necessary, the production and the communication to achieve the
due ends, since it is already not a question of selling our products, but of selling
for what the consumer asks, of this one it forms the continuity of the company it
is guaranteed.
This type of marketing, as its name indicates it to us; it is the one that arises in
the companies based on the needs and suggestions of the clientele. Its main
target is of satisfying what the consumer wants and at the same time, obtaining
an economic advantage of it. We can say that it worries about developing
services and products, which could adapt themselves to the perfection to what
the persons wait.
It is common that for it carries out investigations to discover that it is for what
the people look, and even that it does it for segments, following information as
the age, the sex and up to the occupation of several portions of the population.
The managerial marketing will help to be alert before possible changes in the
decisions of the consumers, every day they are more demanding and the
production has to of making itself comfortable to the new requests and to the
new tendencies using the last technologies. The satisfaction of the client must
be finished and the relation as narrow as possible, generating an entire
confidence.
For it is essential that the company recruits all kinds of information and
contributions so much of its workpeople how of its managers, the information
that comes from the client can enter any route opened between the company
and the consumer. The managerial marketing will be in charge of doing the rest
to itself:

The work that takes place in the marketing department is largely oriented
towards the outside of the company. Therefore knowledge of the environment
surrounding the company is a fundamental part of its work, it is complex and is
product or service, in order to establish who is the company and who are the
that conform; able to make decisions at the time indicated and that these are
productive for the organization considering how they can affect or benefit them
in the future, contemplating unforeseen changes arising in the environment, so
make the most of internal resources that are available and must represent a
competitive advantage over the competition in the market.
In my view, that both the company and the members who make up should be
highly competitive within and outside the campus, so you can attest to the
products offered in it, so your customers will feel more comfortable and
confident with what you acquire and consume, since they are best placed to
qualify the work and the service they provide and therefore also the quality of
inputs that the organization offers.
Thus have a high knowledge of the market for which we are working will
contribute as well to have higher optimum results and better customer
satisfaction complying fully with the requirements thereof. Already known the
target market, have found strategies to make and implement them, these
chords with the possibilities and objectives, then implement and put into action
all proposed using the tools that allow us to get the achievements considering
and being alert to our environment, competition, distribution channels of our
product, consumers, prices, brands, and associated promotions; then maintain
a proper control of the organization and in each one of the aspects that this
requires, be attentive and make the necessary adjustments to achieve the
proposed goals, so we will know how the results have been achieved in the
company.
An example of the above stated is MIMOS, is a producer and marketer of ice
cream and complementary products, which is based on service, dealing with
customers and the quality of their products; It is committed to creating favorable
conditions for personal and professional development of its employees and
company gain economic strength. Today MIMOS has more than 80 outlets
throughout the Colombian country and franchises in other countries the
company took pains to have a permanent commitment, with excellent service,
to be creative and innovative and foremost you provide customer satisfaction
and entering the market with their brand, raising strategies, taking control of
their products, and maintaining a good working team.
Finally, of this so agreeable topic we can conclude that the marketing is,
nowadays, a very useful tool when it is a question of extracting a product or
service to the market and that he can acquire a lot of forms, depending on the
needs that a company has or a client, at present, it can be a big option to
promote all kinds of marks or objects.
Additional to this I would like to show that I like this topic, since also I can apply
it to my personal life to obtain my targets before a complicated situation. The
human beings we have to re-inventarnos constantly to gain access to new
challenges and adapt ourselves to the new norms of a society who demands to
be highly productive in all the professional ambiences.
The personal Marketing represents the application of the skills of Marketing to
the individual for the purpose of helping him to obtain its personal or
professional goals.
If we apply the personal Marketing to the personal promotion, to the
development in the labor ambience or the search of employment, it is possible
to conceive the person as a company where the product to be sold is the proper
person who has constructed its mark.
I refer to that It is necessary to sow every day professionalism and quality in the
work, honesty and confidence, credibility and respect. It is necessary to sow
you present yourself, that is to say, a few good personal and professional
relations and, in turn, to maintain them.
In this sense, I establish a parallelism between the Managerial Marketing and
the Personal Marketing. There happens to the persons the same that to the
companies: the number of competitors increases and the demand diminishes or
does not increase in the same way as the offer. As a result we have to create
strategies to obtain the targets.
