    A teacher observed their cooperating teacher's communication skills during a class discussion. The cooperating teacher interacted well with students, entertaining questions and addressing any concerns without discrimination. Students listened attentively and responded well to the teacher. Good communication is important for teachers, as it encourages open discussion and a facilitative learning environment. To improve, the teacher plans to work on their own communication skills and not isolate themselves, in order to develop strong interpersonal skills needed for teaching.

    COMMUNICATION SKILLS
    Communication is a process in which people share thoughts, ideas and feelings with
    each other. During the class observation together with my buddy , we have observed
    that having a good communication skills is very important in teacher's proffesion,
    because as we observed to our cooperating teacher during her class discussion she has
    a good interaction into her students such as, she entertained questions, clarifications
    and any concerns from her students without any discrimination . And students listen to
    her discussions attentively and having a good response into their teacher. According to
    Pine and Horne (1990), a facilitative learning environment it is one which encourages
    openness of self rather than concealment of self.
    As doing this observation I learned that I have to improve my communication skills
    which is very important especially when I am in my actual teaching level in this
    program. Also to improve my interpersonal communication skills, I will not isolate
    may self into a society that will help me to develop my communication skills.
