The document outlines the defense minutes for a research paper on a proposed drainage design using crumb rubber tires as a filter. The research paper was presented by Morales and Posadas and requires minor revisions. Revisions include rephrasing the objectives, removing page numbers from chapter headings, updating the conceptual framework and methodology, changing the research design to descriptive instead of participatory, including design standards and computational analysis, and formatting changes such as increasing the title font size, placing figure descriptions under figures, and using a numerical format for the research procedure.

OUTLINE DEFENSE MINUTES (January 20, 2016): Title: Proposed Drainage Design with Crumb Rubber Tires as Filter for the Advancement of Storm Water Management Proponents: Morales, Naszir Bords R. Posadas, Marco C. The Research paper must undergo MINOR revisions. The following lists are the things to be revised: 1. The Objectives of the Study must be rephrased. 2. There should be no page number at the first page of each chapter. 3. On Conceptual Framework Section, Input must be the Concepts of designing drainage and Output will be based on the Research Title. 4. In the Methodology part, Design Constraints will be included in accordance to Student Outcomes of the Engineering Program. 5. The Research Design must be Descriptive research instead of Participatory research. 6. Standards in Design will be included in the Research Procedure as well as the Computational Analysis. 7. There will be changes in format of the Research Paper such as follows: a. Font size of the Research Title must be 13. b. Figure no. and its description must be at the bottom of the Figure. c. In Research Procedure, the sequence must be in numerical form instead of paragraph form.
