    This document measures and records the saturation temperature and pressure of water at different conditions. It shows that as temperature increases, so does the saturation pressure in the vapour phase. The temperatures were measured during both heating and cooling cycles, and the results from direct measurement matched the theoretically calculated temperatures from steam tables. A triple point is noted where ice, liquid water, and water vapour can coexist at 0.01°C and 0.0061 bar pressure.
