    regarding the non-payment of your obligation.

    As a franchisee, you have the responsibility to pay the royalty fee of P 25, 000.00 monthly.
    Based on records, you have failed to settle, and still refuses to settle your dues from January
    2016, which now amounts to ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (P
    175, 000.00), including the balance for the current month.
    A Statement of Account dated 7 August 2016 prepared by the Accounting Manager was sent
    to you. A copy of the said document is hereby attached for your reference.
    Consequently, FINAL DEMAND is hereby made upon you to settle the amount of P 175,
    000.00 on or before August 15, 2016, otherwise, we will be compelled to file the necessary
    legal action against you to protect the interest of our client.

    We trust that you will give this serious matter your immediate and preferential attention to
    avoid the expense and inconvenience of litigation. We look forward to receiving your prompt
