HOUSE RULES AND REGULATIONS (BAZAAR / EXHIBITS) 1. MALL OPERATIONAL HOURS Monday - Sunday 10:00AM - 9:00PM Supermarket Operational Hours (Fri-Sun) 09:00AM - 9:00PM Mass Schedule every Sunday 9:00AM - 10:00AM Employees Entrance will be closed at 8:15AM. Employees will not be allowed to enter until the mass is finished. Employees Entrance is at RDU-3. Changes to the above schedules shall be advised to you a day before. Employees and delivery personnel wearing short pants, sandos or sleeveless t-shirts and slippers will not be allowed to enter. 2. SCHEDULE OF INGRESS/EGRESS 6:00AM - 10:00AM / 9:00PM - 12:00MN Ingress/egress beyond allowed time will be subject to Overnight Works Charges. Freight Elevator Operating Hours: 6:00AM - 3:00PM Use of Freight Elevator beyond Operating Hours shall be charged PhP 250.00/hour. A fraction of an hour is considered one (1) hour. 3. LATE OPENING / EARLY CLOSING / NON-OPERATION All tenants should follow all mall operations schedule. Late Opening/Early Closing and Non-operation is not allowed. Appropriate charges for such shall be incorporated in your Statement of Account. Charge for Late Opening/Early Closing = PhP 2.00/sq.m./hour Charge for Non-operation = PhP 10.00/sq.m. A fraction of an hour is considered one (1) hour 4. DELIVERY AND PULLOUT SCHEDULE (for Operational Tenants only) NONFOOD TENANTS WITH CHARGE WITHOUT CHARGE Merchandise Items 6:00AM - 8:59AM 9:00AM - 12:00NN Non-merchandise Items (including water) 6:00AM - 8:59AM 9:00AM - 10:00AM FOOD TENANTS Merchandise Items (including ICE & LPG) 6:00AM - 7:59AM 8:00AM - 3:00PM Non-merchandise Items 6:00AM - 7:59AM 8:00AM - 12:00NN The RDU-3 is the ONLY DESIGNATED ACCESS for both DELIVERIES and PULLOUT of merchandise, stocks, supplies, etc. Parking at RDU-3 is only for thirty (30) minutes. A penalty of PhP 50.00/hour will be charged for overstaying. A fraction of an hour is considered one (1) hour. OUT OF SCHEDULE DELIVERIES/PULL-OUTS are allowed for emergency purposes only and should be covered by a permit. Issuance of permit shall only be done upon submission of request letter. All emergency deliveries/pull-outs shall be hand carried. APPROVAL of the PERMIT shall be on a case to case basis. For very large deliveries (20-footer or 40-footer delivery vans), kindly notify the Mall Administration Office THREE (3) days before the scheduled delivery so that we can allocate a space for you at the RDU. 5. The cleanliness of the area is primarily the responsibility of the tenant. The mall will assist by providing garbage handlers who will pick up your garbage twice a day. However, the garbage handlers will only pick up one garbage bag for every tenant per trip. 6. Please do away with the stacking of boxes of any kind that is unsightly and protruding from the area. Keep your personal belongings in a safe place and not in full view of the customers. Plastic chairs and tables are not allowed in the area. Exhibitors are to provide carpet and office chairs and tables.

SM CITY CAGAYAN DE ORO 7. Eating is absolutely prohibited in the area. The employees canteen is located in the back alley of the SCMC Mall Admin Office, Second Floor. 8. The area should not be left UNMANNED (especially during lunch hours and merienda time). We require at least two (2) of your staff to man your area so they can take turns taking their breaks. Unauthorized personnel are not allowed to stay within the area. 9. Please observe proper business attire for your staff manning the area (Open-toed shoes and jeans are not allowed. All staff should be in proper uniform or color coded shirt with collar - if with no uniform) . Identification Cards should be worn all the time. For food carts/kiosks/counters, hair net is required to all the staff manning the area. For the staff preparing food and beverage, gloves are strictly required. 10. Reading of magazines/books, listening to radio/ipod, sleeping, fixing make up, chatting in group and to other tenants during mall hours are strictly prohibited. We require strict observance of proper decorum for a selling activity. 11. Tripod standees or any collateral are not allowed outside the leased area. 12. Report any of the following incidents to the SCMC Administration Office: A. Glass Breakage B. Breakdown of facilities C. Security related incidents 13. Secure necessary pass/permits for specific activities: A. Temporary Entry Pass - valid for 1 week only; should be presented with any valid ID with picture (for those without IDs, manager should write a letter vouching for the identities of the personnel) B. Work Permit - filed a day before the work; cut-off time for filing is at 12:00NN C. Balloon Permit - flammable gases are not allowed; should not be placed near electrical circuits D. Service Request - overtime charges E. Leafleting Permit - Sampling/ Brochures/ Mascot Appearance F. Video Shooting - letter of request should be submitted three (3) days before the shooting date 14. Pre-opening requirements A. Payment of Security Deposit B. Fire Insurance & CGLI (if applicable) C. Business Permit (if applicable) D. Approved Work Permit E. Special permit (From City Hall) All Store Manager/Supervisors are encouraged to discuss the SM House Rules with their respective personnel, especially new employees to avoid delays and minimize problems.
