A. All staff and students receive basic health and safety advice and an information
booklet as part of their induction.
Students will also be issued with a suitable workbook containing an introductory guide
to Health & Safety or appropriate curriculum based guidance. The workbook contains
exercises which upon satisfactory completion will merit a certificate which may be used
as evidence of personal development.
4. The following incidents should be reported using the Accident/Incident Report form:
