    your good office, in partial fulfillment of the requirements of my
    undergraduate degree which I am required to have an On The Job Training
    (OJT) for a minimum of two hundred (200) hours starting April 11, 2016.
    I am Angelika May S Magtibay, 19 years old, a third year student of Bachelor
    of Political Science of the College of Political Science and Public
    Administration of Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) Sta. Mesa. I
