ALOK INDUSTRIES LIMITED, Silvassa in CONTINUOUS POLYMER PLANT.
M/S. ALOK IND. LTD. Manufacturing Polyester Chips & Yarn (Continuous polymer
plant with DCS ) Which is a petrochemical based leading company producing 600
TPD polyester yarn through continuous process & technology based on DUPOND
( CHEMTEX ) Germany .
Job Responsibility:
Handling SCADA & DCS (Distributed Control System) of YOKOGAWA CS 3000.
Handling the plant operation independently in shift and parameter

adjustment.
To follow manufacturing process and related operation under strict vigil.
Maintaining proper documentation as per procedure.NNN
Planning & Co-ordination with preventive maintenance and break down jobs.
Preparing Master bathes of Baso4, Sb2O3.

Immersion tank pump start up and flow adjustment.
DM water Pump Start up and flow adjustment.
Gear Pump start up ,Cutter startup.

Process Control, Manpower Supervision and Safety / Environment compliances.
Field ,DCS & Plant process handling .

Autonomous Maintenance and upkeep of all process related equipment in shifts to
monitor, report and reduce plant downtime due to unplanned stoppages and
contribute to increasing Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).

Waste report etc
Handing manpower distribution.
Evaluate processes and make recommendations that would enhance efficiency,
