A professional with 13.5 years of experience in FMCG sector ( Dairy, Beverages, Edible Oil Refinery)
with expertise in operation & maintenance of utilities equipments, shutdown works, green field and
brown field projects, shop floor management and inventory.
Professional Experience:
Presently working with “Calpro Specialities Pvt. Ltd” as a Utility & Maintenance Manager from
Oct-2022.
Calpro Specialities is FSSC 22000, Halal India certified organization and one of India’s leading
manufacturers and distributors of ingredients for the food & health and nutrition industry. It is engaged
in production of milk products like SMP, Dairy Whitener, Ghee, Lactose, Butter, Whey Powder, and
Whey Protein Concentrate. It has a comprehensive range of Preservatives, Emulsifiers, Hydrocolloids,
Protein and Fibres.
Past Experience:
1. Jan-2022 to Oct-2022 worked with “Kriti Nutrition Limited” Dewas (M.P) as a Utility
Manager.
(It is an ISO 9001:2015 & 22000 certified organization & engaged in production of large
amount of soya products, soya lecithin & edible refined oil. Major products are refined
sunflower, soybean, groundnut & mustard oil, soya lecithin, texturized vegetable protein, soya
grits, flakes and flour for food, pharmaceuticals & feed.)
2. Oct 2015 to Jan-2022 worked with “Society Tea” (Amar Foods and Beverages, A Division
of Amar Tea Pvt. Ltd.) Vadodara (Gujarat) as an Assistant Manager in Utility &
Maintenance.
(It is an ISO 22000:2005 & 22000:2018 certified organization & engaged in production of milk
products like dairy whitener, skimmed milk powder, instant tea premix, coffee premix, iced tea,
ready to drink, ghee)
3. Nov 2009 to Sep-2015 worked with “Videocon Industries Limited”, Bharuch (Gujarat) as
a Senior Engineer in Utility department.
(Videocon Narmada Glass is a glass shell manufacturer panel & funnel for picture tubes with
technical collaboration from TNG Glass USA.)
Job Description and Responsibilities:
 Productivity improvement of all plant by conducting proper preventive & predictive

maintenance.
 Implementation of 5S, TPM pillars, Kaizen, PM record, Breakdown record, RCA / CAPA,
History card.
 Responsible for reducing MTTR & improving MTBF.
 Preparing & execution of maintenance of plant equipment and utilities.
 Impart training on industrial practices like work permit system, PPE, MSDS, LOTO, Safety &
machine operational.
 Troubleshoots plant mechanical problems to determine their cause and recommends options for
eliminating such problems with the help of Root Cause Analysis, Why...Why...Analysis.
 Organizing routine service schedules.
 Prepare SOP for equipment’s.
 Condition monitoring of all running equipment’s i.e. noise level, vibration, temperature.
 Identifying & attending leakages of steam, air, water, chemicals, gas, oil and product.
 Organizing AMC of equipment’s.
 Executing daily operations of the maintenance department across 3 shifts.
 Allocating work to a team of Mechanical Engineers & Technicians.
 Responding to equipment breakdowns as per priority.
 Coordination with various departments for smooth functioning of the equipment by feedback
and suggestions from them.
 Maintenance document implementation & updating of daily report like log book, work order,
purchase order, PM sheet, audit reports.
 Arrange training, development & quiz programme of our team member based on training need
identification (TNI).
 Preparation of technical & commercial comparison sheet.
 Devising cost saving measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in terms of
man days, Production cost, raw material and energy consumption.
 Daily Utility Monitoring, Calculations and reporting on monthly basis& costing of utilities.
 To study the capacity of utility machines & work for optimum utilization of capacity.
 Participating in Client/Contractor meetings and resolving Client/Engineering and management
project issues related to Mechanical department.

regulations and best practices pertaining to environment protection.
 Coordinate with units and TSDF (Treatment Storage Disposal Facility) to dispatch hazardous
waste.
