splash of zest and green apple.

Aromas of cherry, raspberry and plum follow onto the palate with juicy tannins giving a lovely
smooth texture.

Pale straw yellow with youthful green hues. A nose of citrus fruits and ripe apples, with

Light in colour, refreshing, and crisp and with aromas of limes, grapefruits and lemons making

Apple and citrus predominate on the palate along with a hint of pear, finishing on a lovely

A hugely aromatic wine expressing intense flavours of apples and pears with a light floral
background. On the palate a freshness and vivacity comes through with an additional
handful of lavish fruit.

Typical of Kiwi Sauvignon, the bouquet springs from the glass, offering plumes of citrus, green
grass and elderflower. The palate is a burst of crisp grapefruit and gooseberry flavours.

Brightly coloured, fresh citrus with underlying minerality and suggestions of mussel shells,
following on from the nose it is refreshingly crisp with a well balanced finish.

Domaine Servin produce wine from their own estate and never sell to negociants - a guarantee
of consistency. This can be experienced in the flinty, mineral style with citrus fruit and white flowers.

Rich and smoky on the nose, with subtle limes, white florals and honeysuckle atop a palate
of fresh, clean and vibrant acidity, citrus fruit flint, minerality and green peppers. A long and
layered finish.

Aromas of ripe plums and strawberries, with faint notes of tomato leaf and sage. The palate has
a thick and jammy feel, with soft, mature tannins and a rounded, easy style.
