Mark 60
Removing and installing brake pressure sender -G201- from brake master
cylinder
Additionally required information
VAS 5051 vehicle diagnostic, testing and information system
Removing
Note radio code on vehicles with coded radio; if necessary ask for it.
Disconnect and remove battery.
Lay out plenty of lint-free cloths in the area of the engine and gearbox.
Draw off as much brake fluid as possible from brake fluid reservoir using an extraction bottle.
Fit bleeder hose and bleeder bottle to the front left brake caliper bleeder screw and open bleeder screw.
Operate the brake pedal at least 15 times so that the brake master cylinder is emptied.
Close front left bleeder screw.
Unplug connector -arrow- on the
relevant brake pressure sender to be
removed.

pushrod piston circuit
Remove sender for brake pressure.
Installing
Install in reverse order.
Tightening torque:
Sender for brake pressure

35 Nm

Initiate basic setting
Perform basic setting in "Guided faultfinding" using VAS 5051.
