    SETTING UP A MANDIRI BANK ACCOUNT


    Customer Service: What can I do for you, sir?
    Iwan: I want to open a Mandiri bank account.
    Customer Service: What kind of account mandiri bank that you want to
    open?
    Iwan: I just want to open a checking account.
    Customer Service: I am sorry sir, you have to open a saving account first
    before you want to open checking account.
    Iwan: So, do you mean that I have to open both saving account and open
    checking account?
    Customer Service: Youre right, sir.
    Iwan: Okay, I will open both of them.
    Customer Service: All right, sir. First, you may fill the form, then read
    all the term of service and sign every application.
    Iwan: Okay. Give me ten minutes.
    Customer Service: Sure.
    Iwan: Okay thanks a lot. I have read all the term of service and fill out
    the form. Here is the application.
    Customer Service: Have you give your signature here?
    Iwan: Sorry, I forget. Wait a minute.
    Customer Service: Okay.
    Iwan: well done.
    Customer Service: Good. May I check it? While I am checking these
    documents, prepare your citizen registered card please.
    Iwan: Okay, its in my wallet and here you are.

    Customer Service: You have followed all requirements that you need to
    open an account in this bank. Now, how much will you deposit to this
    account?
    Iwan: What is the minimal money should I deposit in this bank?
    Customer Service: Rp. 100.000,Iwan: I am going to deposit Rp. 350.000,Customer Service: Okay, could I see your money and save into your new
    account sir?
    Iwan: Sure.
    Customer Service: The process will be done after 15 minutes. It takes
    long enough because I need to make your new saving book, and the debit
    card.
    Iwan: No problem.
    Customer Service: Thank you.

    After 15 minutes
    Customer Service: I have settled your account, sir. Here is the saving
    book and this in the debit card where you can see the amount of your
    money there. I also have an evenlope which contains combination secret
    numbers of your card and all of transactions procedures in this Bank.
    Iwan: Ok great. May I call this Bank if I get a problem?
    Customer Service: Sure, we are happy to answer your call, sir.
    Iwan: Thank you very much.
    Customer Service: Youre welcome, sir.
