    RFP for Rehabilitation and up-gradation of Pasarlapudi to Dhindi section from Km


    105/170 to Km 126/510 of NH-214 (New NH-216) to two lane with paved shoulder in the

    Construction (EPC) basis.
    The Ministry of Road Transport & Highways through PIU, MoRT&H, Machilipatnam is
    engaged in the development of National Highways and as part of this endeavor, it has decided
    to undertake Rehabilitation and up-gradation of Pasarlapudi to Dhindi section from Km
    105/170 to Km 126/510 of NH-214 (New NH-216) to two lane with paved shoulder in the
    state of Andhra Pradesh under NHDP IV through Engineering, Procurement &
    Construction (EPC) basis. The Ministry of Road Transport & Highways, New Delhi now
    invites bids from eligible contractors for the following project:

    [www.morth.nic.in] or CPP portal [https://eprocure.gov.in] from 13.01.2017 to 27.02.2017
    (upto 15:00 Hrs. IST). Bid must be submitted online only at CPP portal
    [https://eprocure.gov.in] as well as physically on or before 27.02.2017 (upto 15:00 hours
    IST). Bids received online as well as physical shall be opened on 28.02.2017 at 15:00 hours
    IST.
    Bid though any other mode shall not be entertained. However, Technical Bids, Bid Security,
    document fee, Power of Attorney and joint bidding agreement shall be submitted physically
    by the Bidder on or before 27.02.2017(at15:00 hours IST). Please note that the [Ministry/
    Authority] reserves the right to accept or reject all or any of the BIDs without assigning any
    reason whatsoever.
