    RFP for Widening, Reconstruction & Up-gradation to 2 lane with Paved Shoulder/ Four
    Lane configuration for the work of Ahmednagar to Sabalkhed & Ashti to Chinchpur
    Section of NH-561 from Design km 2+915 to km 37+728 & Design km 55+100 to km 70+000
    in the state of Maharashtra on EPC mode

    The Ministry of Road Transport & Highways through Public Works Department (NH)
    Government of Maharashtra is engaged in the development of National Highways and as
    part of this endeavour, it has been decided to undertake Widening, Reconstruction &
    Up-gradation to 2 lane with Paved Shoulder/ Four Lane configuration for the work of
    Ahmednagar to Sabalkhed & Ashti to Chinchpur Section of NH-561 from Design km 2+915
    to km 37+728 & Design km 55+100 to km 70+000 in the state of Maharashtra on EPC
    mode.

    The Ministry of Road Transport & Highways through Public Works Department (NH)
    Government of Maharashtra now invites bids from eligible contractors for the following

    The complete BID document can be viewed / downloaded from official portal of the
    CPPP website https:// eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app from 08.03.2024 to 23.04.2024
    upto 17:00 hrs IST. Bidder must submit its Financial bid and Technical Bid at https://
    eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app on or before 23.04.2024 upto 17:00 hrs IST. Bids
    received online shall be opened on 25.03.2024 at 11.00 hrs IST.

    Bid through any other mode shall not be entertained. The bidder shall submit the
    BID Security, Online Receipt of payment of cost of Bid Document, Power of Attorney
    and Joint Bidding Agreement. However, the successful bidder has to submit the original
    documents physically with the concerned authority before issue of LOA. Please note
    that the [Ministry/Authority] reserves the right to accept or reject all or any of the BIDs
    without assigning any reason whatsoever.
