    Sir:

    Greetings of peace and unity!

    The fifth year Civil Engineering students from the College of Engineering of
    Cebu Technological University-Tuburan Campus will be having the oral
    presentation and defense for their projects this incoming __________ at the
    Audio-Visual Room of the same university. This is in compliance with their
    course CE 526, Civil Engineering Projects.

    The students will present these two proposals:

    A Proposed Three-Storey Municipal Building at Tuburan Cebu

    A Two-Storey Evacuation Center at Carmelo, Tuburan, Cebu

    In lined with this, we humbly ask you to be part of the panel of evaluators for
    the said oral defense. Your expertise and knowledge is highly relevant for the
    thorough evaluation and constructive criticism of the said papers. The
    proposals may also be a help to the municipality to be your bases for future
    developments.
