To provide a Specification and Scope of Work for engineering survey of the DWT seabed for detailed design purposes.
Activities Description
For detailed design of the DWT subsea facilities to proceed it will be necessary to provide data as to the nature of the
seabed in the area to allow various engineering and design tasks to proceed. The survey specification shall include, but
not be limited to:
- Applicable codes and standards
- Mobilisation and acceptance trials
- Survey vessel requirements
- Survey equipment requirements
- Sampling and in-situ testing requirements
- Data collection and on-board processing
- Interpretation and charting
- Reporting and Documentation requirements
The survey scope of work will include, but may not be limited to, the following:
- Route survey for each infield flowline and umbilical corridor, specifying corridor route, expected termination
locations, survey width and number of passes, PCT test requirements and separation, etc.
- Boreholes to establish details of soils and soils strength for locations where seabed structures will be required,
i.e. the three manifold locations, any location where there may be a riser base or riser anchor.
- Requirements for survey for the FPSO will also be included from the FPSO contractor.
