discussion. Podcast Name: Question Hour Introduction: Maestro! Queue music because youre listening to question Hour with Annie Wemigwans. *Intro Music* Why hello everyone! My name is Annie Wemigwans and youre listening to question hour, where once a week we interview non-experts on real-world political topics! Today were covering the wealth distribution gap, and world poverty. So for context on what wealth distribution is, and why theres a gap. Here is my non-expert friend (insert name) for the win! Brief explanation on what they think it is Lets hear what the people think. Questions to ask people when conducting interviews. Do you think youre rich? What does wealth distribution mean to you? What do you think it means to be impoverished? Do you think your lifestyle is the normal standard for living? Do you think you could live off of less than $10 a day? Did you know that the top 0.7% of the world controls 45.2% of the entire world capital or wealth? Where do you think you are on this scale? Did you know that 70-80% of people fall into low-income or impoverished living standards? How does that make you feel? Next its time for the mom verdict! *cringey jingle singing Mom verdict* Ask mom what she thinks wealth distribution is, what global poverty is, and what we should do when we think about it. Depending on length of reactions, end podcast. If not, go to trivia segment. Get two people ask them trivia questions on the stats of wealth and global poverty and what the MDG are. End show.
