RTB CREDIT AND COLLECTION CONSULTANCY SERVICES., was

formally organized on March, 2017 replacing TERR Synthesis Collection
Agency Inc. after three (3) years in operation upon the resignation of one
of the partner, for the purpose of offering its services in areas of credit
information and management, litigation, checks, asset verification, and for
the collection of current account receivables, deferred or instalment
payments, delinquent accounts and bad debts, the installation of
collection systems, formulation of credit policies, debt management, and
the conduct of all types of credit, financial, background and personnel
investigation of the Cooperatives, Rural Banks, Commercial Banks,
Lending Company, other Financial institution and other private enterprises
in Mindanao.
The company's President is Rodolfh Beltran, DM-LO, MBA he is well verse

and consultant of various cooperatives, banks and many type of
enterprises in the Philippines such as National Confederation of
Cooperative (NATCCO), D Asian Hills Bank, Kibawe Rural Bank, Desjardine
International Development of Canada, Oro Integrated Cooperative,
Bupharco, MSU-IIT and other private businesses.
Its extensive network developed through more than eighteen (18) years of
credit management (PREVENTIVE APPROACH), debt collection and
retrieval operations(CURATIVE APPROACH) has greatly aided the firms
objective in obtaining tremendous high batting average eliciting
favourable commendations from its clients mostly local entrepreneur,
regional based companies and individual businessmen in Northern
Mindanao.
It is without a doubt successful in the field of debt collection and retrieval

operations, highly experienced Collection lawyers, collection Specialists,

Approaches:
The strategy of addressing the two (2) common problems in financial and
lending industry, Curative approach- the collection and Preventive
approach-credit management. Cosolidating the two approaches will
eventually provide a better credit management as a preventive part and
collection recovery as a curative phase, complimenting each other in
many ways, is not without legal basis as opined by President. He believed
that the practical but legal approach matter most in the success of credit
and collection services, the concept of legal differ from practicality,
meaning the objective of the lawyer is to win the case to have the
collection but in a businessmen wanted to be direct, short and less
expensive way to get the collection. He said extra-judicial collection
activities are not strictly regulated in the Philippines and thus there are
more leeway in the pursuit of debt collection and retrieval operations
compared when the debt is immediately referred and placed to a lawyer
who do not enjoy the same flexibility in his method of collection other
than those allowed by the canons of judicial ethics.
There is, however, limit in the works and operations of a debt collection
agency, and in some instances when extra-judicial services seem
inadequate in the light of the nature of the account and the issues brought
forward by the debtor, CUARESMA LAW OFFICES or CALAG LAW OFFICES
shall perforce take over from with RTB CREDIT AND COLLECTION
CONSULTANCY SERVICES, to pursue the debt through a judicial
determination of the issues tendered by the debtor.
Method of Collection (Our Curative Approach)
Our method of collection is innovative, effective and professional without

disregarding the sensitivities of your business. Our team of collection
specialists are skilled in the art of recovery and collection, and are
determined to persuade debtors to pay.
Within SEVENTY TWO (72) HOURS from authorization/referral of the

account for collection, effective action is taken by our team of collection
specialists, your office will be required though to forward to us the
pertinent documents and information relative to the account (i.e., total
amount to be collected, complete address, telephone number, demand
letter, promissory note, etc.) we shall report to you any development in
regard to the collection process within fifteen (30) days from the date of
authorization/referral. If the required information is, however, incomplete,
effort of recovery is reported within FORTY FIVE (45) to SIXTY (60) days
from the placement of the account.

you do not have to file a case in court to collect your debt. Our team of
collection specialists will handle the recovery work for you in no time at
all. With this, you will do away litigation expenses, which is usually
exorbitant aside from the fact that, trials are protracted and drag for years
of total uncertainty.
Credit Management- (Our Preventive Approach)
Credit operation diagnostic is the start to gauge the condition of the

Money: with preliminary attachment, with recovery of damages, Replevin,
Replevin and/or SOM with Damages, Judicial Foreclosure, Extra-Judicial
Foreclosure, violation of chattel Mortgage or article 319 and violation of
real estate mortgage law and other similar collection cases. 4th Loan
Program, the diagnostic with the loan products of the financial
institution, the affectivity and responsiveness to its target customers,
including the contents and the significance of the policy and procedures.
Professional Fees
We operate and function under a "NO CURE, NO PAY," basis. You do not
have to pay our professional, collection, or commission fees on works
undertaken regardless of the result of the retrieval process except with
the sending of the appropriate attorneys letter to them. Our
compensation will come in the form of percentage sharing based on the
amount actually recovered. Our rate of compensation is variable and
depends upon a number of factors such as the presence or want of a
written contract, securities or guarantors, enforceability of the documents
among others. We can, however, fixed the compensation for collection
services rendered under the following package:
1. If the assigned account is within Cagayan de Oro City, and the same is
recovered whether it is by court action or extra-judicial action,
client/creditor agrees and undertakes to pay RTB Credit and Collection
Consultancy Services, a collection fee or commission ranging from
TWENTY PERCENT (20%) to THIRTY-FIVE PERCENT (35%) based on the
amount actually collected depending on the nature and circumstances of
the account;
2. If the assigned account is outside Cagayan De Oro, and the same is

recovered whether it is by court action or extra-judicial action,
client/creditor agrees and undertakes to pay RTB Credit and Collection
Consultancy Services., a collection fee or commission of twenty five
percent (25%) up to thirty five percent (35%) based on the amount
actually collected;
3. It is understood, however, that the words "amount actually collected",

include payments by dacion en pago or Voluntary surrender, offsetting,
assignments and other forms of payment that extinguishes the obligation.
4. In the event that court action is resorted by the client/creditor, legal

and miscellaneous expenses or cost of suits relative thereto shall be for
the account of the client. It is understood that the phrase "court action"
includes the filing of a criminal complaint before the office of the City/or
Municipal or Provincial Prosecutor, including those that are filed in any
quasi-judicial and administrative bodies.
The RTB Credit and Collection Consultancy Services will not accept any
amount from the clients but rather all the payment and transaction will be
done and facilitated by the principal party or the contracting party. All the
negotiation RTB CCCS will be held at the office of the contracting party.
For the credit management consultancy services, empowering your
human capital, re-tooling your processes and system, updating and
upgrading your policy, procedures and methods in doing your business
and other similar activities as needed to maximize your potential in profit
generation. The investment ranging from 300k to 500k depending the size
of your organization, with 25% down payment and 12 months to pay the
remaining 75%.
