1 Overview:

The continuous refining process is an advanced refining method,

mainly used in soybean oil, rapeseed oil as well as other kind of crude oil,

and achieved good refining effect, not only greatly improve the refining

rate of oil, but also the final product quality is stable and the production

cost is low. Batch refining because of its low refining rate, poor quality of

oil, has been gradually eliminated. The tubular centrifuge has the

disadvantages of high noise, small processing capacity, high cost of

wearing parts and difficult maintenance, also limits its use in large-scale

oil refining production line. On the basis of continuous refining, our

company absorbs the characteristics of tube centrifuge refining, and learn

from the experience of the United States continuous refining process,

developed with the domestic advanced level of continuous refining

process, effective solution to the oil soap fully separation, waste water

with high neutral oil, as well as bleaching, acid value generally not

compliance issues.

242 Process scheme

Our company provides technology, comprehensive summary of his

years of processing rapeseed, soybeans, peanuts and sunflower seeds and

other oil experience, reasonable and fully study and absorb the advanced

technology at home and abroad, the international advanced level in the

same period. Developed in recent years, the company advanced the

continuous refining process, effectively improve the rate of refining. At

the same time greatly reduce sewage quantity, reduce sewage treatment

fee.

This complete sets of equipment consider it may also processes

rapeseed oil, soybean oil and other kind of oil, for the convenience of

users to choose a different way of refining, we can adjusting process

parameters, it can be either three or four levels of oil production, also can

produce first or secondary oil, therefore this workshop uses continuous

chemical refining and the combination of physical refining production

process.

32 Process and instructions:

1Degumming and alkali refining process

Crude oil goes through oil filter, remove the impurities in oil, and

then sent to the heater, after heated to a certain temperature then into the

mixer by heating to a certain temperature, while quantitative injection

phosphoric acid. After high-speed mixing into acid oil sufficient reaction

in the reactor, the transformation of non hydratable phospholipids to

hydratable phospholipids, then quantitative mixed with water or alkali

with high-speed access to the self-cleaning centrifuge for oil foot,

soapstock apart. Centrifuge isolated by soapstock pumping out of the


workshop to soapstock tanks; Oil into the flush centrifuge mix with

heating water to separate soap again, then the oil pump to deacidification

deodorization tower, or finish of third level oil. Waste water is discharged

from the workshop after recovering grease.

2Decolorization process:

The oil after drying heated and mixed with bleaching earth, and then

into the decolorization tower. Work with steam mixing, no leakage,

mixing evenly, low energy consumption, low bleaching earth

consumption which is by continuous controller added to the oil. After

decolorizing, oil pump into leaf filter, two filter alternately rotation using

a continuous process. It will be back again after bleaching tower filtering,

decoloring oil after security filters to deodorization process.

3Deodorization process

The oil goes into heat exchanger to heat exchange, then goes into

deodorization tower after heated as a certain temperature by heater.

Deodorization vacuum made by level 4 steam jet pump.

The deodorization tower is a filler-type physical refining tower with

vertical thermal decolorizer. At work, the oil is distributed in the form of

thin film on the surface of the irregular stainless steel packing, and the

direct steam flows from the deodorizing tower and the oil is heated at

high temperature and high vacuum The next side to remove the odor

material, on the other hand can be thermal decolorization, and further


reduce the oil color. The gas is withdrawn from the top of the column and

trapped by a fatty acid trap. The non condensable gas is pumped away

from the vacuum pump. The fraction of the fatty acids collected is

continuously circulated to remove the deodorized distillate, and the part is

pumped out of the tank. Deodorized oil and decolorized cold oil after heat

transfer, and then through the cooler cooling to a safe temperature,

polished by the filter, measured after the workshop to the tank.

5 Main process equipment characteristics:

51 Efficient drying desolventizing system:

When the oil in the refining process, the processing temperature,

vacuum degree and time have a greater impact on its quality. So we use

the efficient drying desolventizing system, the use of flash and thin layer

stripping of the principle combining the two aspect into one. It can not
only be a independently dehydration, but also to complete the oil leaching

desolventizing, not only save energy, and effectively reduce the

desolventizing time, but also ensure the product good color and

brightness.

52 Decolorization tower with steam stirring:

At present, there are two commonly used decolorization way, one is

the use of mechanical mixing, the other is a steam stirring. The lack of

mechanical stirring makes the mechanical seal difficult, long-term use of

the process, the vacuum is difficult to effectively guarantee, and prone to

dead ends, reducing the effect of decolorization tower. At present, more

advanced decolorization towers are steam stirring, not only sealed and

stirred evenly, greatly improve the decolorization efficiency, and

effectively reduce the amount of decolorizer, reducing oil and production

costs.

53 Widely use of deodorization system:

Most vegetable oils when heated, the color will be lighter, that is,

thermal deodorization, and some oil under high temperature condition

cannot be effectively control time, color will be deepened. Therefore, in

the process, it is necessary to maintain a certain amount of deodorization

time, but also to control the time, in order to achieve a better thermal

decolorization effect.

At present, the domestic use of deodorization tower is usually a layer


plate type and feed type, according to the use of comparison, the feed

type tower due to the use of stainless steel feeder, can make the oil evenly

distributed in the film on the feeder to improve the efficiency of oil

distillation, the deacidification function is better than the layer plate tower.

But its thermal decolorization effect is poor, and grease easy to plug the

packed, high maintenance costs. Cyclic of multi-layer acid deodorization

tower, not only improve the efficiency of the traditional layer plate tower

distillation, and the biggest characteristic is the time can be adjusted

according to different oil deodorization, effectively improve the quality of

products, and to keep oil flavor, very effective.

54 Multistage waste oil catch:

Continuous alkali refining section of the neutral oil loss, mainly

concentrated in the neutral oil saponification, soap in the oil and

wastewater containing neutral oil. With the extensive use of imported

centrifuges and the use of single-headed quantitative pump, neutral oil

saponification and soap in the oil has been effectively controlled, and for

the wastewater containing neutral oil, it often does not cause the user and

the design unit of attention, according to our company on the part of the

oil plant wastewater tracking detection, the general content of neutral oil

are about 1% to 2%. In view of this situation, multi-stage oil catch, after

demulsification, multistage separation, so that the content of neutral oil in

the waste water is less than 0.2%, is the current domestic advanced
continuous type sewage oil catch.

55 Refined oil color reversion

Refined salad oil color reversion, is the domestic first level oil

production line common problems, especially soy oil. The main reason is

the presence of trace amounts of metal ions in the decolorizing oil,

causing grease oxidation. In this process to increase the metal ion

chelating system, an effective solution to the oil back to the color

problem.

6 Process configuration:

Electrical apparatus element

In order to ensure the entire system can be safe, continuous,

smooth operation, the main electrical components are used domestic

brand-name products (Tianshui Great Wall or Zhengtai components).

Control system:

According to the characteristics of the refining workshop, taking

into account the instability of the raw material source, the workshop

should adopt the whole continuous operation, the main process

parameters control, take automatic control and manual control as one

of the control methods to ensure easy operation, easy to repair, while

maximizing the rate of refined oil refining, and to ensure the

production of high-quality refined oil.


Operating system:

For ease of operation, maintenance, take both centralized and

nearby control system. The console sets up a large process flow

simulation screen, instantly displays the main process parameters, and

sets up a fault alarm system.

Auxiliary materials quantitative system:

The quantitative system of auxiliary materials in the continuous

refining process is one of the main factors affecting the refining rate

and the quality of the product. The process uses a single head,

stainless steel liquid quantitative pump to ensure that the quantitative

system is accurate and durable.

Heat conduction oil furnace system:

At present, the domestic use of the conduction oil furnace system,

mainly coal-fired furnace and diesel furnace, its advantages and

disadvantages. The main features of the diesel stoves is the low labor

intensity, the operating environment is good, its biggest drawback is

the high cost of production. The biggest advantage of coal-fired stove

is the low cost of production, the lack of labor intensity is relatively

large, and a small amount of smoke. What kind of furnace type,

Filtration:

Oil paint, heat preservation:
