Greeting guest, ( try to call guest by name as possible).

Asking guest, for how many person, please.

Asking guest, would you like smoking or non smoking area please.

Escord guest to the table, and help guest sitting by ladies first.

Open guest napkin by standard.

Asking guest, the room number, and find out at breakfast list.

Asking guest, would you like coffe or tea for the drink.

Asking guest, to enjoy the breakfast.

CONVERSATION BETWEEN GUEST AND WAITER

Waiter: Good morning Mr. Smith, how are you this morning ?
Guest : Im fine, thank you and how about you ?
Waiter: Im fine too. How may I help you Mr. Smith ?
Guest : Yes, I would like to get breakfast please..
Waiter: Yes Mr. Smith, for how many person ?
Guest : Yes, for two person please ..
Waiter: Would you like smoking or non smoking area please ..
Guest : Smoking area please..
Waiter: Yes, follow me please. Mr. Smith, this is your table . Have a nice
sit ( waiter open the napkin by standard).
# Excuseme Mr. Smith, May I know your room number please ?
Guest : YES my room number is # 3125
Waiter: Yes Mr. Smith your room number # 3125 is including breakfast.
# Mr. Smith what would you like ,coffe or tea for drink, please
Guest : Yes, coffe please
Waiter: How about you maddam
Enjoy your breakfast
Guest : thank you

reservation book, BUT if guest said no made reservation . Asking for how many person .

3. Asking guest, smoking or non smoking area please.

4. Escord guest to the table, help guest sitting by ladies first.

5. Open guest napkin by standard

6. Pouring guest ice water

7. Presenting the drink list, and offering daily special, and take beverage order .

8. ( asking Billing syestem ; one bill or separate bill ) and prosessing the order.

9. Service beverage order( ladies first )

10. Presenting the Menu , recommend daily special and take the order.

11. Prosessing the order, Adjusment the cutleries according the order , service bread.

12. Service first course ( salad )

13. Clear up first course and service second course ( soup )

14. Clear up second course and service third course ( main course ).

15. Clear up main course ,clear up B&B plate and bread basket and Crumbing down the table.

16. Offering the dessert menu , and take the order

17. Set up cutleries for dessert.

18. Service dessert , and offering coffee or tea

19. Offering cognaq or other drink.

20. Presenting the Bill

21. Thank you to guest, for having meal

22. Departure guest ;by said hope to comeback.
