SPAY & NEUTER AGREEMENT

The following contract is between Priscilla Haas (seller) and _____________________________ (buyer).

Proof of spay/neuter must be received by the (PURCHASER'S NAME) within fourteen (14) days after the
surgery. In the event that the dogs health does not allow this agreement to be honored, Savages Husky Haven
Kennel must be provided with a statement from your veterinarian that this dog is not yet in physical or emotional
condition for surgery. Based upon the veterinarians evaluation of this dog the (PURCHASER) will contact the
veterinarian and establish the earliest date that the procedure can be performed. (PURCHASER) will notify the
BREEDER of this amendment in writing, at which time all other conditions of this agreement will apply and be
enforced. This is the responsibility of the PURCHASER, not the veterinarian, to ensure that Savages Husky Haven
Kennel has received verification that the surgery has been performed. Failure to comply with this agreement by the
date below (unless otherwise agreed to in writing) will be considered a breach of the Contract, and PURCHASER
will transport this dog back to Savages Husky Haven Kennel and will not be entitled to a reimbursement. No
puppies will be produced form any of the puppies leaving here as pets only. If for any reason puppies are produced
from a pet puppy that leaves here, buyer will have all puppies turned over to breeder, and we will place them in pet
only homes. Buyer will also be required to immediately spay/ neuter said pup, or we will confiscate dog and charge
a fine of the dogs purchase price. If said pup is bred or studded out, all health guarantees and contracts become null
and voided. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who we feel is not in the best interest of the puppy (ies).

By my signature below, I agree to have this dog spayed/neutered by no later than

____________________________, and I understand that this spay/neuter agreement is an agreement that this dog
will not produce a litter of puppies either as purposely bred or by accidental breeding. I also agree that should puppy
not be alternated that I will return puppy back to Savages Husky Haven Kennel with no reimbursement.

We require a $___________ deposit, which is non-refundable and applies towards the full purchase price
of your puppy, which is $___________. The deposit must be received within 3 days of agreement to purchase this
puppy otherwise the pup will be put back up for sale for another buyer. This pup must be picked up on
___________and the remaining balance must be paid-off on or before pick-up date. In some case we allow an
alternative time, if and only if these arrangements is made in writing. If this pup is not picked-up on agreed date we
allow up to 5 days before, we either place the puppy back up for sale and buyer forfeits all money, or we will charge
$15 each additional day the puppy remains in our care. With the purchase of this pup and the transfer of owner ship
the buyer assumes all responsibility for the care of this pup. As well as all liability and damages this pup may cause
to the person property. If for any reason you choose to not keep this puppy/dog or are unable to keep it, we require
first right of refusal, the opportunity to accept this dog back with no reimbursement to the original buyer. Under NO
circumstance can this puppy/dog be taken to a humane society, animal shelter or a rescue group. This puppy must be
kept in sanitary conditions and given adequate health care, food, water, shelter and attention.

We offer a 1 year health guarantee and a 72 hour wellness guarantee. Any puppy that leaves our home must
be continued to be fed LARGE BREED PUPPY FOOD or ALL LIFE STAGE DOG FOOD. If said puppy is fed any
other type of puppy/dog food owner breaches contract and 1 year health guarantee is no longer valid. This helps
lower the chances of hip dysplasia unless genetics plays a role. Buyer also agrees to keep puppy from public places
(dog parks, Petco, PetSmart etc.) until puppy has received all appropriate vaccines needed.

1 Year Health Guarantee (Genetic)

If the puppy is found within the 1st year by a licensed vet to have a life threating genetic defect that cannot
be controlled or corrected by medication such as sever blindness or sever hip dysplasia, we will take the puppy back
and replace it with a new puppy of your choice within a year from the dated defect. No money for anything above
the cost of the puppy will ever be returned by us. We will require all paper work from vet and a clear diagnosis
before we replace the puppy, as well as a number to reach and speak to your vet. We will also require all paper work
that came with your puppy as well, we dont not cover any of the following conditions, as these can be controlled by
medication or minor surgery. (Such as umbilical hernias, overbite, under bite, inverted vulva, or for the male
puppies only 1 testicle, testicles that dont drop, or testicles that drop later, or anything that can happen in utero), as
well as small grade heart murmur that may go away when older, or any other defect that cannot be controlled by
medication or surgery are not covered as these are pet puppies only. Puppies cost money and no puppy is going to be
perfect. We will take puppy back and replace with another pup within a year if the puppy is sent back, we will
replace it once the paper work is signed back over to us. If the puppy has a condition that they can live with if taking
medication, then it is not considered life threatening. If the pup has a life threatening genetic defect in the 1 st year
and all request are met, then we will take said puppy back and refund the purchase price or a pup of same value, not
necessarily from same parents, and it may take a year to do so. The decision will be at the sellers choice. If a
replacement puppy is given at any time all travel expenses or shipping cost are the buyers responsibility.

72 Hour Health Wellness

Your puppy comes with a 72 hour health wellness from parvo and distemper. In the 1 st 72 hours, if taken to
the vet and diagnosed with parvo or distemper we will need to be contacted within the 72 hour period and will need
to speak to your vet personally ( have this info ready) to know exactly what test were preformed and what
conclusions they came to. If needed we will have you get a 2nd opinion by a different vet of our choosing. If the
puppy is found to have a life threatening illness we will either request you put the puppy down or return the puppy.
If the puppy is put down we will need all copies of the records and information from the vet to keep for our records.
The buyer is responsible for the return of the puppy, if alive. We will not be responsible for any vet bills, x-rays,
medication, travel time, or any other things involved with the puppy once it leaves or care. If you do not contact us
within the 1st 72 hours after taking the puppy home to let us know if the vet has found parvo or distemper, we will
not be responsible for anything regarding these illnesses thereafter. If all requirements are met and the puppy is
found to have parvo or distemper in the 1st 72 hours and we have spoken to the vet we will refund your purchase
price of the puppy but nothing over the cost of the puppy. Never will we cover vet bills, travel time, or anything over
the puppy cost. We will not cover shipping expenses, as that money was given to the airline or ground shipper and
the vet. If the puppy was purchased with any papers, all papers and documents will need to be returned to us and all
papers signed back over to us. If we do not receive these or they are not signed, we will not issue a refund until they
are. No money will be given until the puppy and papers are in our care or the puppy is put down and we have all
paper work. A refund will be issued within 120 days of return of pup and proof or illness. We guarantee the puppy
has been wormed at approx., 2,3,4,6, and 8 weeks of age and has received up-to-date immunization, for the dates
when in our care.

If the buyer should encounter any behavioral or health issues with the new puppy, please contact us 1 st. The
seller will consider any attempts by the buyer to post the puppies alleged behavioral or health issues on any internet
or social media site without the sellers permission as an attempt to defame the seller. All such post will void the
contract, and the seller will pursue legal action.
