    Puppy Purchase and Health Agreement

    The Buyer agrees to have the puppy seen by a veterinarian within 72 hours after the delivery time for complete physical examination. If the puppy is not examined by a veterinarian within 72 hours after delivery, there will be no guarantees given on said puppy. The puppy is guaranteed to be free of any health problems (excluding normal issues such as: worms, coccidian, giardia, mites). A full refund of the purchase price (not including shipping) will be given for the puppy found to be medically unsatisfactory during this time frame. The health problem must be documented by a vet and presented to the seller with sufficient supporting evidence and the vets signature. The Seller reserves the right to a second opinion from their vet. They are not responsible for any shipping cost or vet bills, and puppy must be sent back along will paperwork before being refunded. In the event that a puppy should die suddenly, an autopsy must be performed, at the Buyers expense, and the result of the autopsy must be from a congenital issue for the seller to be liable. It is also agreed that if legal proceedings would ever be needed that the proceedings would be held in the jurisdiction of Bon Homme County, South Dakota. All breeding rights of aforementioned puppy will belong to the Buyer during all time of ownership. All future official registration documents and veterinarian care of said puppy are the Buyers responsibility. A $300 Non-Refundable deposit will hold your puppy until final payment and/or pick-up. Deposits and final payments will be made by Pay-pal exclusively, unless agreed upon by the Seller. Final payments are due 5 days before scheduled flights, or in cash upon pick-up from the Noble Bulldogges Homestead. All pups must be paid in full before puppy is released. Invoices sent for payments will be the responsibility of the Seller. If said puppy is not paid in full you will be contacted via phone or email and then given 48 hours to pay the balance owed on said puppy. Where upon the Buyer is unable to send final payment, you will then forfeit your deposit and the Seller retains the right to resell said puppy. The Seller agrees to have the puppy current on wormings, vaccinations, and/or other necessary medical care upon purchase. They will have removed dew claws and docked its tail. Puppy Registration Papers by United All Breed Registry (UABR), featuring its 4-generation pedigree, will be given to the Buyer upon pickup/shipment. All basic documents and equipment for shipping the puppy to the Buyer by air will be provided by the Seller. The Seller also agrees to all above stated terms in the Buyer section.
