I am Amalia Estipona Ungria, a current subscriber of your Fibr Plan. I wrote this letter to authorize my daughter, Louies Amelia E. Ungria, to upgrade our current plan with Budget Plan (with 49 channels).
I apologize that I will not be able to present myself due to the reason that I am usually away from our house due to my demanding work.
I hereby allow Louies Amelia E. Ungria to sign any documents regarding this request on behalf. I have no objection on this authorization.
