    Nurse : Assalamualaikum

    Client : Waalaikum salam

    Nurse : excuse me maam, my name is Nurse A. Kartini, Im from Nursing


    Department Poltekkes Kemenkes Makassar. How are you ?

    Client : I have a problem with my abdomen. When I up my left legs, its so pain.

    Nurse : Im sorry to hear that. Are you agree if I do physical assessmen at your
    abdomen ?

    Client : Yes, for pleasure

    Nurse : Firstly, Im sorry. Can you take off your shirts ?

    Client : But Im shy

    Nurse : Dont worry Maam. Ill use curtain for your privacy

    Client : Okay, Ill ready

    Nurse : Ill inspect your abdomen. Take a deep breath into your abdomen breath

    Client : (Take a deep breath)

    Nurse : Then, Ill auscultation or hear your abdomen sounds

    Client : (silent)

    Nurse : Okay, Ill percusion your abdomen

    Client : Keep slow, because it so pain

    Nurse : Okay, When I touch your low right abdomen, you looks too pain, and it
    means conclusion if your apendiks was trouble. Now, you can get your shirts
    again.

    Client : How to treatment about it ?

    Nurse : You shouldnt to eat chilly food, and waiting for doctor come here to talk
    about your disease. Doctor will give you to doing continue treatment

    Client : Thanks for information


    Nurse : Youre welcome, and Ill report your problem to doctor, and give you
    medicine so early. Dont think too much, and dont forget to always pray.

    Client : When doctor visit me ?

    Nurse : Doctor will come here a hour from now. So, i hope you fast to heal.

    Client : Thanks for it

    Nurse : Okay, Ill go to nurse station, if you have a problem, you can push the
    button and I or else will come. Assalamualaikum..

    Client : Waalaikumsalam
