    I, LUIS TERCERO, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident


    of _________ City, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with
    law, depose and state:

    1. That I am the registered owner of a parcel of land/ or that I purchased a


    parcel of land from situated at Brgy. ________, ______ containing an
    area of TWENTY THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED (20,200) square meters,
    more or less, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 12345 of
    the Register of Deeds of ______

    (That one of the requirements for the transfer of the Certificate of Title
    is the payment of real property taxes covering both the land and any
    improvements, if any)

    2. That I hereby certify that the above-mentioned property has no existing


    improvements of whatever kind and nature and it remained idle up to
    the present;

    3. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing


    facts and for whatever legal intents and purposes that it may serve;
