    located in the __________________ by virtue of a Deed of Sale dated ____________;

    2. That as such and as the transferee of the same, I undertake to maintain the agricultural
    productivity of the aforementioned land in accordance with the existing agrarian laws and rules
    on the matter;

    3. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing;
