BUTTERFLIES
If you want to use safety eyes, put them in between rnd 18 and 19.
Fasten off and pull the tail tight through one loop of each of the last 6 sts. Weave in loose ends.
The wings are made out of two separate parts that are crocheted together.
Do NOT cut off your thread. You'll now crochet both parts of the wing together.
Rnd 8: 1 sc on the lower part of the wing. Then continue on the upper part of the wing and crochet
1 sc in each st around (x12), then continue again on the lower part of the wing and crochet 1 sc in
the remaining 17 sts of the previous rnd= 30 sts

You end up with something like this:
Leave the tail long enough to sew the wing to the body. Do not stuff it, but press both sides
together and sew one wing on each side of the body.
Congratulations! You just finished your butterfly. Make many more in different colors and with
different decorations.
Use them as cuddly toys, attach them to key rings or just hang them up as decoration.
