This standard has been prepared by CEN/TC 262 Metallic and other inorganic coatings.
The responsible German body involved in its preparation was the Normenausschuss Materialprfung
(Materials Testing Standards Committee), Technical Committee Galvanische berzge.
DIN 50021 is the standard corresponding to International Standard ISO 9227 referred to in clause 2 of the
EN.

Amendments
DIN 50961, June 1987 edition, has been superseded by the specifications of EN 12329.
