    INGRESS/EGRESS TERMS:
    Client shall provide Meal Accommodations from ingress up to egress
    And all necessary permits and free parking slots for trucks and other service vehicles.
    PAYMENT TERMS:
    Strictly 50% down payment upon signing of conforme. No conforme and
    down payment, no reservation.
    Balance payment after final sound check and before the event starts.
    Strictly no refund.
    Client shall pay the full package cost if cancellation is made on the day of the event.
    Final pre-production agreements shall be the basis of all provisions of supplier to client. All
    additional requests will be evaluated and agreed jointly. Otherwise, all additional items will be
    charged accordingly.
