    Sunanda aged 22 yrs hindu lady, illiterate,
    housewife, belonging to lower social class
    is now at 20 weeks of gestation, with no
    significant past history and family history,
    has food taboos regarding papaya and
    tamarind (hot foods) and is deficient in
    calories by 1180 kcal/d (2580 1400
    kcal), is anemic (Hb 9 g/dl) and is under
    regular ANC at the UHC.
