1. As an action towards strengthening the Division Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) System in both
CID and SGOD programs, projects and activities, the field is hereby informed that a Division
Training Workshop on Crafting M&E Tools shall be held on 27-29 December 2017 at The
Junction Tagaytay, Tagaytay City.
2. This three-day activity aims to:

a. capacitate participants on M&E fundamentals;
b. develop competence and skills in provision of Technical Assistance (TA); and
c. craft M&E tools per program, project and/or activity.
3. Participants to this training-workshop are the following: Education Program Supervisors, Senior
Education Program Specialist, Education Program Specialists, Planning Officer, Project
Development Officers, Librarian, and all Unit Heads.
4. Each participant is required to bring a laptop and flash drive for workshop purposes and storage of
related files.
5. Attached to this memorandum are the Training Matrix, Programme and List of Management Staff
for guidance and reference of all concerned.
6. Training expenses relative to the conduct of this activity shall be charged to Division HRTD Fund
subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
7. Immediate dissemination of this Memorandum is earnestly desired.
