    Tender:

     Search Tenders from the websites.


     Making Documentations & follow ups for the same
     Submission of the tender on time.
     After Submission follow ups.
     Follow ups for the EMD and security deposits.
     Making empanelment with customers.

    Experience in filling government/ semi government tenders, etc. e-tender,


    Reverse Auctions /online filling, online bidding.
    - Well verse with documentation work.
    Responsible for handling the entire Tender from registration of enquiry till
    finalization of order

    Preparation of complete bid based on customer specification, get the same


    reviewed
    Ensure correctness & completeness of all technical data for proposal costing.
    -Preparation of brief synopsis and Enquiry register
    Co-ordination with other functional department, project team members, external
    partners and other Sectors/Segments involved in the project (Engineering,
    Sourcing, Project Management, etc.).

    Meeting & follow up with Client/Customer for contract finalization/Bidding and


    establishment of Business, involvement in senior level meetings.
     He will be responsible for tender process, submiting tenders, tender
    preperation, vender regesrtation and due date chaseup.
     Handaling goverment tenders as well as non goverment tenders.
     Experience from relevent field like tender handling from bid prepration to till
    project execution.

    Preparation & updating of Contractor data base ,Vendor data base & Vendor
    management, development and Price list
    Attend pre bid meetings with the customer/client. Submit deviations and influence
    customer to agree with our deviations & ask for clarifications.
    Co-ordination with Finance & Commercial department for collecting BG (Bank
    guarantee).
    Prepare Payment Terms, Warranty, Price definition, Clauses for LD, Project
    schedule in order to clarify contract commercial conditions, price Negotiation with
    Customer, Suppliers, and Vendors, Contractors.
    Maintaining and updating the documentation for respective tender/bid as per
    quality process. Proper documentation for handing over of the project for
    execution.

    Analysis of the tender opening results, project winning strategy, customer


    questions, and clarifications.
    -Contributing to the Kaizen processes.
    -Pricing Review/Costing Submissions/ Seeking Quotations
    Maintaining dashboards of Order analysis to keep track on the orders picked up
    by G&B.

     Attend Pre Bid Meeting & Interact with customer for clarifications required
     Prepare Costing Sheet and take approval from management
     Prepare Technical Bid & Price Bid required to be submitted
     Attend Technical Bid Opening
     Attend Price Bid Opening & Negotiation Meeting
     Proper Documentation of Tenders won
     Proper handing over of the Documents of Tenders Won to Project Execution
    Team

    Co Ordination

    Monitoring and ensuring right quantity and quality of coal from Coal India Ltd
    Expediting supply of right quantity and quality of coal from Coal India Ltd
    Looking after all activities of Coal procurement
    Coordination with Transporters, Suppliers regarding dispatch and movement
    of Coal from different location & Railway Siding.
    Looking after allocation of quantity and work orders to the transporters.
    Looking after lifting of coal from different collieries.
    Coordinating with Quality assurance dept. & RMHS dept in connection to RM
    receipt and analysis of Raw Materials.
    Preparing Coal MIS on daily basis
    Monitoring of Rake movements.
    Proper and prior information and arrangements of Forwarding note, weighment
    copy & RR to avoid demurrage @ different railway siding.
    Documentation of dispatch & receive details.
    Co-ordination, Monitoring & Control daily receipt in view of targeted
    quantity & quality at plant.

    Planing the coal logistics ensuring most economical & timely delivery at site.
    To interact with the client through mail.* To meet out the client requirements
    (quality and schedule)

     Maintenance of Record of Raw Material

    - Maintain planned inventory level of coal for smooth plant operations by 100%
    materialization of linkage coal.
    - Liaison with SECL & Railway authorities at divisional HQ level.
    - To reduce coal shortage, handling loss & other potential coal losses by
    adopting effective strategies
    To update Management timely the latest development w.r.t. policy change in
    railway, SECl, Coal Market, the implication and strategies etc.

    Vendor Development

    Planning/Marketing/Buying, Logistics & Material Procuremen

    Ensure customers are delighted with the quality of orders received 2. Manage the
    physical flow of orders in an efficient and productive manner 3. Ensure stock
    availability and customer promise 4. Interact with internal customers 5

    Developing new vendor sources & also monitoring with the existing
    vendors to fulfill the regular requirements of Child Parts of Exhaust
    Assly, Catalytic Converters, Press Parts, Fabricated

    Bring-in materials strictly required for the PDI schedules and to


    support for the Inventory Control Efforts.

    Vendor selection and Vendor audit.

    ou will also be responsible for Developing, Implementing and Reviewing process


    and systems of procurement to ensure cost efficient and timely delivery of the
    materials. Vendor Development and Control with periodical review, rate
    negotiations, rate contracts man-management , continuous improvement in
    procurement techniques and periodical review for best rates

     Excellent analytical skill and MIS reporting.
