The Philosophy of Education

The philosophy of education is that were the students are very special because they
have a specialization as individual, they have their own skills where they can used it to
help them to build their own dreams and goals in life . Now that we are molds in a
technology we can now be more effective and efficient teacher.

As a teacher you have to provide a good classroom where they can freely move, talk,
and express of what they have. Second you have to provide a good teaching of learning
where they can developed there physical, mental, and emotional. Giving an activity
where they can developed there listening and speaking. A good environment that fits or
suit for them to share or impart of what they have. As a teacher we have to mold there
young minds in order for them to motivate and inspired for the next generation. Giving a
good education to them, to train, to encouraged, to change and to be competent as
what they are.
 The Heart of Education

I was amazed by our speaker when he discussed about the topic “The Heart of
Education “ I realized that I as a future educator we must do our job we have to love of
what we are doing we must know the strengths and weaknesses of our students for as
s to be aware of what will be the impacted for them. I remembered when the speaker
said that, you have to think before you speak! .Yes! exactly because even though your
already a professional you have to think first because of what you taught to them they
will actually applied it or it might hurt their feelings . We must be THINK! You have to
be T- true to your work, true to yourself of being what you are. H- Help We have to help
ourselves first to be more efficient and productive teacher in order to help our students
to achieved their goals and dreams in life. I- inspired them to be a good students to be a
good child of there parents in order for them to reach there goals and to have a better
future for the next generations. N- Necessary yes it necessary that you as a teacher
you are the one who will guide them in a right path. K- kind you have to be kind in all of
your students treat them as a friends or more than that treat them as your family as you
do in your family. Doing all this ways I realized that I was inspired to do my task as a
teacher . Teaching is not just a teaching, Teaching is what you give not what you get,
yes you might get something , something that you never experienced and lessons
before. You have to love your teaching as what you loved to your family . Yes, it wont
make you wealthy , but it makes you wealthy with meeting new students that you've
been imparted of your knowledge , skills, and a good person as you do. You may
treasure the moments that you have in your experience throughout to your journey.
 The Triumph

When I watched the movie, I was bored at first but suddenly when I watched it
focused it seems like it was a nice movie . A teacher who left from his stable job and
hometown and also to his family to teach those students in a far away who need his
help, his very determined to search some work that fits his specialization work to his
dream place in New York . But it was his bad luck, he try to work in the restaurant for
the meantime. When he already a sideline he still search for a school where he can
teach, and luckily he found it a school where he can teach , but unfortunately he was
wrong with the students that he was expecting. I was amazed, inspired, motivate, and
encourage to Mr. Clark , because he do everything to his students in order for them
to know everything about life about education about dreams about importance of a
family. He help every students that he have because he believed that every child is
special and theres something that everyone cant do the same thing that they can do.
He tried more to make them a good persons and because of his hardwork those
students was change by his ways and strategies they realized how important the family
is and they know how to dream of what they wanted in a future. I know as a future
educator it is hard for as to encounter these kind of students, but it is our duty to guide
and to mold there minds to dream big because we are the light of there future.
 The Heart of Education

Teaching is my inner desire. Everyone has progressed to where they are in life because
of their lecturers. A lecture is defined as a someone who gives instruction and
communicate skills. Our children are our future and they need to be prepared for the
future or they will not be successful in the working world. Teaching is a noble profession
and it is a very respectful job. Furthermore we are unable to gain knowledge without the
help of teachers. Indeed our teacher our Hero.
 The Triumph

The story is about a teacher that turns down his stable life in order to challenge his
ability as a teacher. He leaves the school in his suburban North California hometown,
where he is appreciated by both his fellow teachers and students. He moves to a tough
inner city school, where the students are segregated by their abilities. The principal
suggests a class with good achievement but he wanted to teach the most disadvantage
class. As expected, the teaching get tougher as the students refuse to learn. So, this
teacher started to get to know his students by mingle around with them, get to know
their background and share the problem that they faces.

Would you do the same if you were a teacher?

As for me, it is a really hard question. First of all, i am not that confident in myself as a
teacher. So, instead of challenging myself to the limit,Ii would find the easy way out. I
would stay at the school which provides me security I needed, and with the fellow
friends that respect me. It is nice to hear this kind of story, where the teacher is willingly
to sacrifices, but it took a lot of courage to become one.

The Philosophy of Education

When I was little, I always wanted to be a teacher since the people around me were all
Teachers. My Grandma, mother, auntie and uncle are all teachers. I did watched them
doing paperwork late at night and woke up early in the morning for work, but every time
they arrive home from work I saw happiness in their eyes. Since I was only a kid back
then, I don’t understand it completely but now that I am into a process to be a teacher,
everything is clear to me now. Being a teacher brings joy seeing your learners learned
and grow. I want to teach, guide and most of all, I want to make a difference.

Before you speak THINK!

Once a teacher you must give your mind, heart and soul because teaching is not about
imparting your knowledge to the learners/students it is a duty, a mission you must do
and finish, cause you're touching life and you're changing them.

The movie entitled “The Triumph “show me why I choose this degree where it's so
difficult teaching a diverse learners inside the classroom. It seems like every day routine
is still different but I need to share and give color to my future fellow student even
though it's hard but it's my desire. And I believe I will be going like teacher Clark who
didn't gave up even he want. The movie touch my heart so much it's motivated me and
satisfy me in the end.

As a teacher you must facilitate and be flexible even it is not your field because when
you teach the learner you can leaner also a new thoughts and experiences base to your
leaners. Children will forget all the lessons you teach to them but the memories, impact
and changes to your leaners will always remain and your always in there heart as a
hero to their new journey of life.
 The Heart of teaching

Teaching is a dynamic learning and teaching is a lifelong career, life is full of question
and what if’s but in teaching all question has a answers as long as you want to discover
new thing. In our seminar I've learned a lot specially the speaker is fun and I can say
that he want to share what he had specially the experienced he encounter in his
students.

The seminar with theme the heart of teaching train us and open our heart and mind to
be more courageous in the field of teaching. Yes! It is necessary for us to be ready
changing a one person is not an easy jobs. Learners can be more Knowledgeable than
you a diverse and a multi-cultural learning inside the classroom.

The Philosophy of Education

My philosophy of education is that all children are unique and must have stimulating
education environment where they can grow physically, mentally, emotionally, and
socially. It is my desire to create this type of atmosphere where students can meet their
full potential. I will provide a safe environment where student where students are invited
to share their ideas and take risks.

I believe that their five essential elements that conducive to learning. First the teacher
role is to act as a guide, second students must have access to hands-on activities, third
students should be able to have choices and let their curiosity direct their learning, forth
students need the opportunity to practice skill in safe environment and the fifth
technology must be incorporated into school day.

And I believe that a classroom should be safe caring community, where children are
free to speak their mind and blossom and grow, I will use strategies to ensure out
classroom community will flourish.

Strategies like the morning meeting, positive vs. negative displace, classroom jobs and
problem-solving skills.

Teaching is a learning process; learning from your students, colleagues, parents, and
the community. This is a lifelong process where you learn new strategies, and new
philosophies. Overtime my education philosophy may change and that's okay. that just
means that I have grown, and learned new things.
