1. Timeline 
 
The  duration  of  the  project will be 12 months with possible extensions. The beginning and 
the end date of each completed task of our project will be published on SmartCash forum.

2. Proposal Goal 
 
The  head  office  of  SmartCash  community  in  Bosnia  and  Herzegovina  would  be  in 
Derventa,  a  city  nearly  200  km  away  from  Belgrade,  Zagreb  and  Sarajevo.  Those  are 
capitals  of  the  3  biggest  Balkan  countries.  We  plan  opening  SmartCash  shared  offices  as 
well.  We  already  have  offices  which  we  use  for  our  companies  other  businesses  in 
Belgrade - the capital of Serbia and Podgorica - the capital of Montenegro. 
 
2.1. The Main Goal 
 
We  want  to  make  a  big  SmartCash  community  in  this  part  of  Europe,  and  we  will  involve 
our  community  and  team  while  building  several  products  (Apps  and  Instant  Payment 
Solutions) based on SmartCash platform.  
Montenegro  can  be  the  ideal  country  to  test  the  potential  of  cryptocurrencies 
competitiveness  with  government-backed  money  as  it  is  extremely  small,  only  600,000 
people  population,  but  still  an  European  country,  a  member  of  NATO  alliance,  and future 
European Union member. 
We,  MobileLand  doo  company,  have  good  connections  with  local  banks  and  one  of  our 
advisors  is  Mr.  Radovan  Kujovic,  Head  of  Exit  Management  Division  at  HETA  ASSET 
RESOLUTION  Montenegro  who  is  already  working  on  the  legal  matters  regarding  credit 
cards & bank accounts and cryptocurrencies synergy. 
Moreover,  we  are planning to make huge meetups followed with media (TV stations, Local 
Newspapers,  Online  Press  Portals  etc.)  in  Bosnia  and  Herzegovina,  Montenegro,  Serbia 
and  Croatia.  Throughout  our  trip  and  success  we  will  have  SmartCash  as  our  main  and 
only sponsor.  
However,  we  are  planning  to  have  1,000  or  more  active  community  members  in  next  12 
months. 
That’s our main goal and we won’t let you down! 
  
2.2. The Second Goal 
 
Our  second  goal,  probably  even  more  important  in  financial  aspects,  is  promoting 
SmartCash  throughout  our  next  project  ​https://supernode.online  by  setting  in  the  smart

contract  a  rule  where  coded  that  at  least  30%  of  total  investments in MasterNodes ​must 
be invested in SmartCash SmartNodes. 
Supernode.online  ​Token  owners,  as  coded  in  our  smart  contract,  have possibility to vote in 
which  MasterNode  they  prefer  ​Supernode.online  ​(On  their  behalf)  to  make  investment  to 
or go out, it’s very similar like voting option in SmartCash. 
We  plan  to  raise  at  least  10 million USD so this kind of investment in SmartCash would be 
great move-up for SmartCash project for sure. 
 
2.2.1. What is supernode.online? 
 
In short, this is Shared MasterNodes investment option. 
 
2.2.2. How it works? 
 
Same as every other MasterNode the main disadvantage of SmartCash SmartNode as well 
is  lack  of  people  who  have  enough  finances  to  invest  in  any  own  MasterNode  and  do 
‘mining’  themselves  or  have  technical knowledge even if the finances are not the problem. 
That’s  why  ‘shared’  Masternodes  with reference to SmartNodes are great opportunity for 
SmartCash  to  gather  more  smaller  investors.  We’re  sure  that  there  are  many  big  crypto 
investors  without  technical  knowledge  interested  in  MasterNode  ‘mining’.  The 2018’th is 
the  year  of  master  nodes  and  POS.  No  GPU’s  on  the  market  and  good  percentage  of 
crypto  enthusiasts  are  hungry  for  ‘mining’  investments  as they find it as more secure than 
exchange trading. 
In  short  words  SmartCash  new  customers  will  get  shares  of  SmartNodes  ‘mining’  and get 
rewarded  without  any  technical  knowledge  and  enjoy  the  ultimate  security  protection 
from skilled professionals. 
At  start  we  are  able  to  do  smart  contract  in  Ethereum  and  release  RC20  tokens  but  for 
sure  will  check  with  SmartCash  coders  if  this  project  is  possible  to  be  created  on

3. Who Are We? 
 
We  are  experienced  IT  professionals  with  more  than  10  years  experience  in  GSM  field, 
and we have been operating as company since 2000. 
Last  four  years  we  gained  so  much  interest  in  Blockchain  Technology  and  started 
developing  blockchain  based  networks,  decentralized  apps,  and  distributed  ledgers.  We 
believe that these technologies are changing the world. 
 
Ivan Jolicic - The Maritime engineer always hungry for newest technologies. 
International  brands  CEO  with  long  term  experience  in  telecommunications  and 
international  markets,  as  well  as  passionate  crypto  currencies  researcher  and  blockchain 
pioneer. Ivan is one of the mnbf.me founders, too. 
He  is  founders  of  MobileLand  doo  company, Montenegro, founded in 2001, now with 50+ 
workers  and  5  retail  shops  in  Montenegro  and  2  retails  shops in Serbia (Ivan Jolicic is one 
of  2  founders  and  owners  with  50%  of  ownership  in  Serbia  MobileLand  Accessories 
company).

Dejan  Knezevic  -  Associate’s  Degree  of Information Technology and Bachelor’s Degree of 
Economics  is  person  who  always  stays  updated  on  almost  every  Internet  trend  and 
technology.  Bitcoin  believer  during  the  early  days  of  the  cryptocurrency  field  and 
Blockchain  investor  since  2014.  He  has  attended  many  meetups  about  cryptocurrency 
and blockchain evolution in Melbourne and Hong Kong as well as in Europe.

4. Our SmartCash Experience 
 
We've  been  interested  in  Bitcoin  and  other  cryptocurrencies  for  5  years  and  we’re  still 
investing  in  many  crypto  currencies.  SmartCash  surprised  us  with  it’s  cheap  transactions 
and  great  stability.  Community  focused  hive  team  concept  is  successful  in 
decentralization and it’s very helpful for any cryptocurrency project. 
 
SmartNodes  and  SmartRewards  are  also  huge  step  forward  for  steady  network  growth, 
but  we  still  need  to  work  much  more.  Apps  and  Instant  Payment  Solutions  based  on 
SmartCash  platform  need  to  lead  to  accepting  payments  via  SmartCash  and  can be easily

5. Budget 
 
We  need  monthly  income  for  our  projects  to  cover  expenses  on  monthly  basis  for  next 
12-month  period.  However,  we  will  keep  track  of  our  financial  activity  and  will  make  all 
transparent during the period.  
Beside  our main expenses for the project, we will have travel, accommodation and meetup 
costs as well.  
Amount needed on monthly basis for quality program and other expenses is ​1,500$US​. 
 
5.1. Office start-up cost

● Computer hardware (Laptops, Printers etc..) - 1,500$ 
● Setup and installations - 200$ 
● Starting inventory, raw materials, tools, etc. - 200$

● Advertising  and  promotion  for opening (​half of the program will be completely fee free 
for the opening, and other media may require some fees​) - 200$ 
● Rent  &  security  deposit  (3  months  in  advance  inc.  electricity  and  water  200$/m)  -

● Other (unexpected costs) - 150$2 
 
Total amount for one-time start-up costs is ​4,550$US. 
 
5.1.2. Ongoing Monthly Expenses 
 
● Ongoing  Monthly  Expenses  will  be  covered  from  our  monthly  budget,  in  case  that 
something changes we will update SmartCash Community on the forum.

6. Conclusions 
 
It  is  not  our  main  goal  to  get  this  money  from  SmartCash  community  but  to  start 
cooperation.  This  amount  we  will  eventually  get  we  will  spend  in  promotion  SmartCash. 
We have money for ‘living’ already and this kind of amounts are not our goal.  
 
We  have  so  many  ideas  and  we  sincerely  think  we  can  realise  it  in  cooperation  with
