 Precast reinforced concrete piles (6m length)

Key Materials

1. Setting out for exact piling points in accordance to Drawing. Pile locations shall be
marked with suitable identifiable pegs.
2. The piling rig shall be set up to the required rake.
Sequence of 3. Each pile shall be driven until set or the required length in accordance to Drawing.
Operations:
4. During driving and until the pile has set, all exposed piles shall be supported and

if required) restrained with temporary support.
5. While piling, a detailed piling log shall be kept to record number of blows for every
0.5meters.
6. For the final set of a pile shall be recorded as the penetration in millimeters (mm)
per 10 blows.

1. Installation works shall be carried out by the Contractor after receiving clear
understanding from the Manufacturer of the product.
2. Selected building wrap, flexible sill and jamb tape system must be installed by

and shall be secured at the side of the board with universal fixing brackets.
