Immediate/segera 10 menit (dekat mengancam jiwa) pengobatan waktu kritis dimulai pengobatan waktu kritis dimulai Pengobatan dapat ditunda hingga 2 (mengancam jiwa) dalam waktu 30 menit dalam waktu 60 menit jam Henti jantung Distres pernafasan/ sesak nafas berat Hipertensi berat ( systole ≥ 180 Perdarahan ringan Nyeri minimal tanpa resiko Henti Nafas RR ≥ 35 x/menit mmHg atau diastole ≥ 110 mmHg Hipertensi sedang ( systole ≥ 160 Hpertensi ringan ( systole ≥ 150 Sumbatan jalan Nafas Kurangnya perfusi Kehilangan darah cukup parah mmHg atau diastole ≥ 100 mmHg mmHg diastole ≥ 90 mmHg Respirasi <10 x/menit HR < 50 atau >150 (dewasa) sebab apapun Cedera dada tanpa nyeri tulang Luka ringan, lecet kecil, luka robek Gangguan pernafasan Hipotensi ringan systole < 90 mmHg Sesak nafas sedang RR>26x/mnt rusuk, tanpa kesulitan benafas tidak memerlukan jahitan ekstrim Kehilangan darah parah SPO2 90 -95 % Aspirasi benda asing tanpa gangguan Kontrol luka Tekanan darah < 70 (dewasa) Nyeri dada karena jantung BSL > 16 mmol /GDS > 288mg/dl pernafasan Imunisasi shok berat pada anak/bayi Nyeri parah oleh sebab apapun Kejang ( saat ini kejang) < 10 menit Kesulitan menelan, tidak ada Perilaku psikiatri ; GCS < 9 Mengantuk, penurunan respon oleh Muntah terus menerus gangguan pernafasan Pasien dengan gejala kronis Kejang berkepanjangan sebab apapun (GCS<13) Dehidrasi Cedera kepala ringan, tidak ada Krisis sosial secara klinis baik (lebih dari 10 menit/tidak BSL < 3mmol (GDS < 50 mg/dl) Cedera kepala dengan penurunan kehilangan kesadaran berhenti ) Hemiparase acut/dysphasia kesadaran Muntah atau diare tanpa dehidrasi Intra Vena over dosis tidak Demam dengan tanda-tanda Reaksi alergi Nyeri sedang respon atau hipoventilasi. kelesuan Nyeri berat Radang mata atau benda asing, Gangguan perilaku berat Percikan asam atau basa pada mata Nyeri non jantung penglihatan normal dengan ancaman tindak Multi trauma yang membutuhkan Pasien usia > 65 tahun Terkilir pergelangan kaki/tangan, kekerasan/destruktif respon tim terorganisir Cedera sedang pada ekstremitas, kemungkinan fraktur, vital sign Patah tulang besar, amputasi deformitas, lecet dan hancur normal , nyeri sedikit/sedang Riwayat resiko tinggi Cedera dengan mati rasa dan Sakit perut non spesific Keracunan sedatif atau tertelan racun pulsasi menurun Bengkak dan panas pada sendi Nyeri berat karena kehamilan Neonatus stabil Perilaku psikiatri : ektopik ( KET ) Anak dengan resiko Masalah kesehatan mental semi Perilaku psikiatri : Perilaku psikiatri : mendesak, resiko melukai diri sediri - Kekerasan/agresif - Sangat tertekan, resiko atau orang lain - Ancaman langsung terhadap diri menyakiti diri sendiri atau orang lain - Acut psikotik atau gangguan - Membutuhkan restrain pola pikir - Agitasi berat - Krisis situsional, sengaja menyakiti diri - Gelisah, menarik diri - Berpotensi agresif
