    The writer visited M/s QP Warehouse, Ras Laffan Qatar on 01.09.2010 & 02.09.2010 for
    witnessing the inspection of End protector damages repair and replacement of End
    protector as per QP email dated 13.07.2010. Details of Inspection are given below.

    4.2 Inspection carried on the damaged end protectors which were identified as
    Damages during unloading activities. And with reference to report no # 03

    4.3 Damaged end protector removed for thread inspection. no damage observed on
    threads. New end protector provided and found satisfactory.

    4.4 Total 13 Nos. casing new end protector provided and found satisfactory.
