    EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE OF THE

    DECEASED MARIA BITUIN A. BAWIKA

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    This Extrajudicial Settlement is made and executed this___ day of ______________


    in the City of Manila, Philippines, into by and between:

    That I/we, ISIDRO S. BAWIKA, NORMA BAWIKA-ATENTAR, FELIX BAWIKA,


    VIRGINIA BAWIKA and BENJAMIN BAWIKA, all of legal ages, Filipino Citizens and all
    a residents of No. 526 Prudencio St., Sampaloc, Manila.

    WITNESSETH, THAT:

    That we are the legal and surviving heirs and children of the late MARIA
    BITUIN A. BAWIKA who died on March 2, 2018 at Manila.

    That said deceased died intestate, without Will or Testament, and without any
    outstanding debts in favor of any person or entity;

    That the deceased left a certain MAYNILAD METER under her name with Meter
    Account No. ______________________________________ to be transferred in her granddaughter
    name – ESSEL M. BAWIKA, as the legal and surviving heir and older granddaughter
    of the late – MARIA BITUIN A. BAWIKA located at No. 526 Prudencio St., Sampaloc,
    Manila;

    THAT PURSUANT TO Rule No. 74, Sec. 1 of the revised Rules of Court of the
    Philippines, and both being with full capacity to contract, we do hereby adjudicate
    unto our niece – ESSEL M. BAWIKA the MAYNILAD METER UNDER OUR MOTHER’S
    NAME – MARIA BITUIN A. BAWIKA described above, in equal shares.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we are hereunto set our hands, this ___________ day of
