stating reasons for so doing. I / We declare that the information contained within this application is truthful, if the landlord or its agents deems any answer
or statement herein to be false, or misleading, it shall be considered that any lease granted by virtue of this application may be canceled at their option.
I/We hereby authorize landlord or agent to obtain a consumer report, and any other information it deems necessary, for the purpose of evaluating my
application. Subsequent reports may be requested or used in connection with update, renewal or exclusion of the credit or rental or lease of residences
for which application was made. I understand that such information may include, but is not limited to, credit history, civil and criminal information, records
of arrest, rental history, employment/salary details, vehicle records, licensing records, and/ or any other necessary information. I hereby expressly
release Rental Agent, and any procurer, or furnishes of such information from any liability what so ever in the use, procurement, or furnishing of such
information, and understand that my application information may be provided to various local, state and/or federal agencies, including without limitation,
various law enforcement agencies. I have been advised that I have been advised that I have the right, under section 606B of the Fair Credit Reporting
