Some tips for the Students

(1) Read instructions carefully: Instead of going hurriedly

through the questions, read instructions and directions at the
beginning of each section and watch out tricky instructions
(Words in the instruction).
(2) Strategy of attempting the questions: Except some
confusing questions, students with average intelligence can
attempt all questions. Thus, first focus on those questions you
know best and use intelligent guessing on difficult questions.
(3) Speed: Speed is the most essential factor as only those
attempting all questions in allotted time can have high scores.
Thus, planning and time management is highly important.
(4) Guessing: Since there is no negative marking for wrong
answers, better have intelligent guessing than to leave
questions unattended. However, wild guessing is not advisable.
(5) Fresh mind: The candidates should take the entrance test
with fresh mind. Unnecessary mental burden and tensions
create pressures during exam. So take proper rest and try to
remain fresh before exam.
(6) Knowing the pattern of the entrance test: On this regard,
you need to take no tension as you will be familiarized with the
question pattern in this book. So have good preparation and
know the pattern of questions. Attempt that part of questions
that you know most at first and least you know at last.
