Delivery in economic mode (no tracking number)

Indicative delivery deadline :
For Europe: 1 to 8 weeks (on average 3 weeks)
For the World: 2 to 10 weeks (on average 4 weeks)
No tracking number - Use this low cost postage if there is no hurry to receive your items.
Delivery in Priority mode (no tracking number)

For Europe: 1 to 4 weeks (on average 10 days)

For South America : 1 to 8 weeks (on average 3-4 weeks)

R : Economic postal service is safe and 99% of our customers are happy with it and continue to use it
It's a great oportunity to receive origami stuffs because the shipping fees are so CHEAP compare to many
shipping fees from other countries !! Even, you should compare price with your own country for a
domestic package !!!
Q : What are the other benefits of the economic postal service ?

R : It uses the same means of transport as priority packets and receive the same treatment. But economic
package are treated only at the end, after all priority package. As a result, many of our customers have the
chance to receive their orders very quickly (within a week), as fast as a priority package for one low price.
Other customers receive their orders between 1 to 5 weeks, according to the customs of your country and
how your local post office treats these economic package
Q : What about the fees ?

R : We present to you fair and cheap shipping fees.
They include all fees and not only the price of the postal service. So, the price includes postal service + package
handling (1 euro) + Credit Card payment fees.
Q : Economic postal service is available for all countries ?

R : Unfortunately not.South America (include Mexico), China, Africa, Oceania must use Priority postal service
only.
Q : Garantee ?
R : If one of your articles presents a defect which would have escaped with our vigilance (except occasions posted in the heading “Good deals" or
damages due to mishandling during transportation), we will send an identical article after seeing a proof of the trouble (scan or photo) or we could
decide together a discount. Depending of the product, we could ask you to send it back with refund of your shipping fees. Sometimes, we just tell you
to keep the damage article for apologise. In all case, we try to find a fair solution for you. Your satisfaction is our priority !
